Ich kann die Firma auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. I was pleasantly surprised how fast and uncomplicated everything went. The boys worked clean and handled everything very carefully. I can recommend the company in any case.

Die Arbeiter rochen stark nach Alkohol. On the phone have said a price when workers came, quite another higher price. I send her away and called another company. The workers smelled strongly of alcohol.

Unverschämt: Am Telefon wurden Preise vereinbart, die im Nachhinein mit vorher NIE kommunizierten Aufschlägen versehen wurden. Wir hatten keine Wahl und mussten zahlen. +400% Aufschlag zum Angebot? Frechheit. Leistung ok, aber Transparenz im Vorfeld ist kundenfreundlicher. Companies attract with low prices, in the end you pay more! Outrageous: prices were agreed on the phone, which were subsequently provided with surcharges that were NEVER communicated beforehand. We had no choice and had to pay. + 400% surcharge on the offer? Cheek. Performance ok, but transparency in advance is more customer-friendly.

Sie sind sehr pünktlich, sehr flott und sehr vorsichtig mit den Möbeln. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie haben alles zu meiner vollsten Zufriedenheit erledigt. Ich möchte auch noch anmerken, dass alle Mitarbeiter deutschsprachig sind. Sie werden sehr zufrieden sein!!! I hired the Herzgsell company for my relocation. I can recommend it only!!!! They are very punctual, very brisk and very careful with the furniture. All employees are very friendly and helpful. You have done everything to my complete satisfaction. I would also like to note that all employees speak German. You will be very satisfied !!!

Verspricht am Telefon günstigste Preise, bei Abrechnung würde es dann das Dreifache.... 255€ für drei Möbelstücke von A nach B (ca. 5km von Gemeinde zu Gemeinde), dass ist eigentlich eine bodenlose Frechheit. Das mindestens einer der beiden Mitarbeiter alkoholisiert war war mir bis zur Rechnung sogar noch egal, ebenso das selber mit anpacken... Nach Abschluss des Auftrages wollte ich mich beim Chef der Firma beschweren, aber man wird in die Mobilbox abgeschoben und zwar dauerhaft. Finger weg Leute!!! Avoid this company. Promises the cheapest prices on the phone, with billing it would then be three times as much .... € 255 for three pieces of furniture from A to B (approx. 5km from municipality to municipality), that is actually a bottomless cheek. I didn't even care that at least one of the two employees was drunk until the bill, and even tackle that myself ... After completing the job, I wanted to complain to the boss of the company, but you are pushed into the mobile box and permanently. Hands off people !!!
