Leider hat uns unser geliebter ♡DIEGO♡ viel zu früh verlassen und hinterlässt ein fehlendes Puzzleteil in unserem Leben. Schön das es Unternehmen und Menschen gibt denen Tiere nicht so egal sind und dem Leid der Tierhalter mitfühlen können. Bis gestern hatte ich keine Berührungspunkte mit Tierkrematoriums und einer Einäscherung. Erst durch das Ableben des Katers von meinem Bruder gestern, hab ich mich damit beschäftigt da er diesen Weg gehen wollte. . Vielen Dank für ihre Unterstützung und Rat sowie beim zurechtfinden auf der Webseite . Man merkt sofort das Ihnen Tiere am Herzen liegen und sie sehr bemüht sind . Auch wenn es sehr schwer war ihn heute abholen zu lassen waren wir doch ruhigen gewissens das Cosi in professionellen Händen nun ist . Das tut immer sehr weh aber seit ist meine Hund wieder bei mir es geht mir viel besser. Ich kann mich nur herzlich bedanken. Große Dankeschön. I had my dog Miško cremated after a difficult farewell. I am very satisfied that was professional, quick and without any problems. It always hurts a lot, but since my dog is back with me, I feel much better. I can only thank you very much. Big thank you.

Die Informationsweitergabe von Abholen vom Tierarzt bis Eintreffen in eurem Krematorium funktionierte wunderbar. Wir wussten immer wo unser Liebling gerade ist. Ihr habt eine riesige Auswahl an Urnen und Erinnerungsstücken und wir wurden sehr gut beraten. Es hatte jeder ein offenes Ohr für uns und spendete tröstende Worte. Danke für eure tolle Arbeit. Thank you for your quick, pious and respectful work. The transfer of information from being picked up by the vet to arriving at your crematorium worked wonderfully. We always knew where our darling is. You have a huge selection of urns and memorabilia and we were given very good advice. Everyone had an open ear for us and offered comforting words. Thanks for your great work.

Ich wusste immer wo mein Sir gerade ist und es ist schön in so einer dunklen Zeit diese Hilfe zu haben und zu wissen dass es ein würdiger Abschied ist. Herzlichen Dank für eure Tolle Arbeit. Very respectful treatment of the animal and loving care of the owner. I always knew where my sir was and it is nice to have this help in such a dark time and to know that it is a worthy farewell. Seitens der Firma Reininger gibt es KEIN Schadensmanagement im Sinne einer Kundenzufriedenheit. Trotz sofortiger Bezahlung bei Urnenübernahme muss man sich als Kunde beim Erhalt einer beschädigten Urne um alles selber kümmern. Speziell in meiner Situation, wo es sich innerhalb von acht Jahren um die zweite Verbrennung gehandelt hat, ist das Verhalten des Unternehmens im Schadensfall besonders enttäuschend. The animal crematorium is absolutely fine as long as you do not receive a damaged urn from the post office. On the part of Reininger there is NO damage management in terms of customer satisfaction. Despite immediate payment at the assumption of the urn, one must take care of everything as a customer when receiving a damaged urn. Especially in my situation, where it was the second combustion within eight years, the behavior of the company in case of damage is particularly disappointing.

Wir werden definitiv unsere anderen Pferde/Tiere auch hier einäschern lassen wenn die Zeit gekommen ist. Endlich gibt es diese Möglichkeit auch für Großtiere! Alles lief sehr mitfühlend und pietätvoll ab, wir wurden bestens betreut und haben jetzt eine schöne Erinnerung daheim. edit: Inzwischen wurde auch ein zweites Pferd von uns hier eingeäschert und die Erfahrung war wie zuvor sehr positiv. Es ist sehr tröstlich für uns die Urnen zuhause zu haben. We had our horse cremated here - I can't imagine doing it any other way. We will definitely have our other horses/animals cremated here as well when the time comes. Finally, this possibility is also available for large animals! Everything went very compassionately and respectfully, we were well looked after and now have a nice memory at home. edit: In the meantime, a second horse was cremated by us here and the experience was, as before, very positive. It is very comforting for us to have the urns at home.
