Man erhält nicht nur eine wirklich professionelle Beratung und Unterstützung, sondern man kennt sich mittlerweile, und bei jedem telefonischen Kontakt wird einem immer mit Freundlichkeit und sogar mit Herzlichkeit begegnet. Jahrelang versuchte ich für meinen schwerkranken Siamkater ein Tockenfutter zu finden, das er verträgt. Die Situation schien aussichtslos. Ein Veterinärmediziner machte mich auf Herosan aufmerksam. Seit mein Kater enotVITAL bekommt, hatte er nie mehr Durchfall. Aus meiner Sicht wird bei Herosan in jeglicher Hinsicht - Produktion, Vertrieb, Beratung etc. - qualitativ hochstehend geareitet. Wenn die Möglichkeit bestünde, würde ich 10 und mehr Sterne vergeben. Ich kann es kaum erwarten, dass das Nassfutter für Katzen auf den Markt kommt, das von Herosan gerade entwickelt wird. Ein gewaltiges Lob meinerseits an die Firma Herosan, sowie jedem einzelnen des Teams! Ich kann die Mitarbeiter*innen nur insofern unterstützen, indem ich meine positiven Erfahrungen mit anderen teile. I am enthusiastic about the Herosan healthcare team and can warmly recommend them and the various Herosan products. Not only do you receive really professional advice and support, but you now know each other and every time you contact us by telephone, you are always treated with friendliness and even warmth. For years I tried to find dry food for my seriously ill Siamese cat that he could tolerate. The situation seemed hopeless. A veterinarian drew my attention to Herosan. Since my cat has been on enotVITAL, he has never had diarrhea again. From my point of view, Herosan works to a high standard in every respect - production, sales, consulting, etc. If there was a chance I would give 10+ stars. I can't wait for the wet cat food that Herosan is developing to hit the market. Huge praise on my part to the Herosan company, as well as to each and every one of the team! I can only support the employees by sharing my positive experiences with others.
