Frosch bei unserem Englischen Cockerspaniel (Rüde, 9 Jahre) mittels Ultraschall ein Tumor am Milzkopf festgestellt. Eine große Überraschung für mich, waren ja keine Symptome bemerkbar (Im Nachhinein betrachtet hat er allerdings beachtlich mehr gestunken/ausgedünstet als früher). 2 Wochen später bei der Kontrolle war der Tumor wieder gewachsen. Frau Mag. Frosch empfahl eine baldige OP, die sie dann auch eine Woche später durchführte. Hund am Morgen hingebracht, bei der Narkose dabei, 3 Stunden später beim Aufwachen dabei und noch etwas später ist unser Hund an der Leine nach Hause spaziert. 10 Tage danach die Nähte raus und unser Hund war ganz der Alte. Sehr liebevolle, einfühlsame, kompetente Betreuung! Einfach großartig, dass es so ein rund um Service (Diagnose – OP – Nachbetreuung) für Vierbeiner in Altaussee gibt. Hat unserem Hund auf jeden Fall das Leben gerettet! Vielen Dank Frau Mag. Frosch samt Team! Rolfi (wuff wuff) During a health examination, Mag. Frosch diagnosed a tumor on the spleen head of our English Cocker Spaniel (male, 9 years) using ultrasound. A big surprise for me, no symptoms were noticeable (in retrospect, however, he has stunk considerably more stinked / expired than before). 2 weeks later in the control the tumor had grown again. Ms. Mag. Frosch recommended an early surgery, which she then carried out a week later. Dog brought in the morning, with the narcosis, 3 hours later when waking up and a little later, our dog is on a leash home. 10 days later, the seams and our dog was very old. Very loving, sensitive, competent care! Simply great that there is such a round about service (diagnosis - OP - Aftercare) for four-legged friends in Altaussee. Has definitely saved our dog's life! M	Martin Engels on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tolle Tierärztin! Alex und Martin haben sich hervorragend um den entzündeten Backenzahn meines Magyar Viszla gekümmert. Selten habe ich bisher ein so einfühlsames und kompetentes Team erlebt. Die Praxis ist mit hochmodernen und neuen Geräten ausgestattet und sehr schön eingerichtet. Man merkt wirklich wie den beiden das Wohl der Tiere am Herzen liegt. Einen Tag nach der super verlaufenen Zahn Operation haben sie sich sogar telefonisch nach dem Zustand von Zorba erkundigt. Großes Kompliment und Lob, weiter so! Ich kann die Praxis jedem empfehlen. Ich war im Urlaub und würden dort jederzeit wieder meine Hunde behandeln lassen. Great veterinarian! Alex and Martin took excellent care of my Magyar Viszla's inflamed molar. I have rarely seen such a sensitive and competent team. The practice is equipped with state-of-the-art and new equipment and is beautifully decorated. You really notice how well the animals care about them. One day after the great dental surgery, they even asked about the condition of Zorba by phone. Big compliments and praise, keep it up! I can recommend the practice to everyone. I was on vacation and would have my dogs treated there again at any time.

Spitze, Berner Ben fühlt sich hier sehr wohl. Wir sind gekommen um zu bleiben ?? Best vet, top-equipped practice including x-rays, ultrasound, in-house laboratory and in the case of an operation, anesthesia monitoring is a matter of course! Great, Ben from Bern feels very much at home here. We came to stay ??

Trotz vollem Terminkalender und dem Umstand, dass wir keine "Stammkunden" sind, waren die beiden bereit, uns "aufzunehmen" und unserem Hund die bestmögliche Hilfe zu bieten. Man konnte spüren, wie viel Mitgefühl und Liebe den Tieren hier entgegengebracht wird. Auch die Professionalität der Tierärztin war kaum zu übersehen. Sie bat uns auch, am Folgetag zu Kontrolle zu kommen, da sie mehr Zeit hatte. Im Anschluss wurden wir auch medizinisch versorgt und wurden gebeten, sie am Laufenden zuhalten. Das rechne ich den beiden sehr hoch an. Vielen Dank! We were on vacation in Bad Aussee and our dog was unfortunately injured. Despite the busy schedule and the fact that we are not "regular customers", the two of them were ready to "take us in" and offer our dog the best possible help. You could feel how much compassion and love is shown to the animals here. The professionalism of the veterinarian was also hard to miss. She also asked us to come for a check-up the following day as she had more time. We were then also given medical care and asked to keep them up to date. I give both of them very high credit for that. Maya hatte Ohrenschmerzen, was ein Labbi, der 60% des Tages im kalten Altaussee schwimmt und nach Stöckchen taucht, gerne mal bekommt. Was jedoch stattfand war eine systemische überraschend ganzheitliche Befunderhebung und das, obwohl klar war, dass man uns wahrscheinlich nicht wiedersehen wird. Wir waren schlichtweg begeistert. Hier wurde sich für einen Urlaubshund soviel Mühe gegeben. Wie muss das erst bei Stammpatienten sein. Ausgestattet mit Medikamenten, aber auch alternativen Behandlungsempfehlungen (inklusive Internetrecherche um unseren Wohnort herum) fuhren wir wieder Richtung Heimat und fragen uns, was eigentlich dagegen spricht, wegen einer Tierarztpraxis nach Altaussee zu ziehen. Vielen herzlichen Dank und eine absolute Empfehlung! We went to the practice with our Labbi dog on vacation. Maya had an earache, which a Labbi who swims 60% of the day in the cold Altaussee and dives for sticks, likes to get. What took place, however, was a systemic, surprisingly holistic assessment, even though it was clear that we will probably not be seen again. We were simply thrilled. So much effort has been made here for a vacation dog. How does it have to be with regular patients? Equipped with medication, but also alternative treatment recommendations (including internet research around our place of residence), we drove back home and wondered what actually speaks against moving to Altaussee because of a veterinary practice.
