W	Werner Mark on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chef ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die für Terminvereinbarung zuständige Person im Büro müsste sich eine kräftige Scheibe von ihm abschneiden. Sie ist äußerst unfreundlich und arrogant !! Meine Empfehlung: Update in Sachen " Umgang mit Kunden " Boss is very friendly and accommodating. The person responsible for making an appointment in the office would have to cut off a large slice of it. She is extremely rude and arrogant !! My recommendation: Update in terms of "dealing with customers"

Es sind falsche Dinge ausgetauscht geworden und die eigentlichen Teile für die Überprüfung nicht, was mir zusätzliche Kosten und sehr viel Zeit gekostet hat. Weiters wurde unnötigerweise das Spurgelenk ausgetauscht obwohl nicht defekt. Seither ist meine Spur verstellt, die muss ich jetzt auch noch einstellen lassen, das ergibt weitere unnötige Kosten von rund 120 Euro. Aufschlag auf Ersatzteile ist enorm! Meine Recherche hat 150% Aufschlag ergeben. Ich habe darum gebeten die Teile aufzuheben, erfolgte auch nicht. Vorabpreisinfo klaffte extrem zum tatsächlichen Endbetrag. Also im Endeffekt hat mir diese Werkstatt nur viel Zeit, Geld und Nerven gekostet. Keiner möchte die Rechnung hinterher korrigieren, also es steht keiner gerade! Meine zusätzlichen Kosten von der Spureinstellung interessiert auch niemand. Der junge Mechaniker stellt sich über sämtliche erfahrenen Mechaniker des ÖAMTCs. Meinte das Traggelenk, so wie vom ÖAMTC beanstandet, wäre nicht defekt. Dieses habe ich dann bei einer anderen Werkstatt tauschen lassen und das Teil war mehr wie kaputt. Preisleistung unterirdisch! Can't recommend the workshop! Wrong items were exchanged and the actual parts for verification were not, which cost me extra money and a lot of time. Furthermore, the track joint was unnecessarily replaced although not defective. Since then, my track has been blocked, and I now have to have it adjusted, which results in additional unnecessary costs of around 120 euros. Surcharge on spare parts is enormous! My research resulted in a 150% surcharge. I asked for the parts to be kept, and they didn't. Vorabpreisinfo gaped extremely to the actual final amount. In the end, this workshop only cost me a lot of time, money and nerves. Nobody wants to correct the bill afterwards, so nobody stands straight! Nobody is interested in my additional costs for the alignment either. The young mechanic places himself above all the experienced mechanics of the ÖAMTC. Said the ball joint, as complained about by the ÖAMTC, would not be defective. I then had this exchanged at another workshop and the part was more like broken. Price performance below ground!
