maybe more silence areas with chillout music would be great, but overall incredible variety of relaxation

Clean location, the locker as well as any payments like food or drinks and access restrictions inside location are tracked on a NFC Chip and thus no money or key is needed until leaving. The ambient is nice, cocktails are available to be enjoyed in swimming area. The sauna area has plenty of different saunas and relaxing zones. In my opinion, the entry fee is rather expensive but still affordable.

Rather disappointing service & overall experience. If you stay there to mostly use the spa then you probably enjoy it a lot more. We mostly stayed there because of the location to a family event we were attending and didn't make much use of spa. The service there is...well, not great and beyond par for a 4 star hotel. Not that they are rude, but they don't make an effort either. During the three days there, we were never able to get hold of anyone at the reception...regardless of time of day. And we couldn't call straight to the restaurants or bar because there was no directory. So the only way was for us to go down every time we had a question or wanted to order something. We did get a call back once from them, and when we picked up he said "You called?". Really? "How about, we saw you tried to call us, how can we help? I mean, as a 4 star hotel it think it would be advisable to train your staff a bit better! The rooms are functional and bare - but not in a minimalistic trendy way, more like an airport holiday inn. No exciting. We booked the breakfast as well - but made sure to call before booking to ask if/what their vegan options are. We were told there are plenty of vegan options (it's a spa hotel after all; but when we went their, they had three spreads, some fruits, one bread...yet the overall buffet was huge! And the majority of the granola & müsli wasn't vegan either. And when I asked if they had anything else or could get anything else, such as yogurt, were were just told "no". No effort made. We did visit the spa for a few hours, rather late in the day and there weren't too many people. The spa area is big, but also has seating for a lot of people. The indoor areas seems a little hospital like...but the outdoor area is nice enough if a little unkept and messy (...it was late in the day). The overall feeling was that they are all just nice enough but they clearly don't care and don't make an effort. It works for them I guess - most people stay there because of the large spa area and the pools... We already complained about this during the stay, but the receptionist just scribbled it down on a piece of paper...not sure that's going anywhere. I can relate to staffing issues leading to longer waits, etc. But they seem to have adequate staff...just not very motivated or well trained ones. We're going to the area every year and will say that we've stayed in provincial inns that have made more of an effort then this 4-star hotel!

Super nice spa (in my opinion the best in Upper Austria!) with a nice Caribbean area. Just one observation to further improve: It would be nice to provide some shadow also in the pools.

They have the most horrible cash desk. We booked and already paid online but when we were leaving, they charged us for „Tagesticket“ again at the cash desk. The new cahsier made the mistake and did not scan the barcode when we entered, which can be understandable. However, the woman at the cash desk told us she cannot do anything so we have to call tomorrow again and the colleage will decide „if“ we can get „Gutschein“. It is ridiculous. It was 100% their fault but she didnt say sorry or will give money back, instead very arrogant and rude to us. It is very unprosessional. The mistake can be made, but then they should admit and apologize, not behaving it‘s not their business. I was very upset and disappointed because it ruined all good feelings and memories from the thermal bath. I won‘t come back because of this woman at the cash desk!!! I wish I remember her name to report..

We stayed for one night and it was very delightful! A dream for vegetarians and vegans, if you tell them that you are one. Most meals are then vegan and unbelievably delicious! Rooms are very comfy (although you could hear the neighbors) and clean, and the staff was very friendly. The Spa itself was relaxing and very good organized. One small critisism: There aren't that many water fountains, so we were a little thirsty all the time. But all in all, we will come again :)
