THERESA Wellness Hotel

Exceptional service from every department? Marvelous spa with amazing views from within? Decent food & GREAT chocolate ice cream??? Beautiful serene location surrounded by kilometers of open lush green fields ??? Neat clean room with good electronic toilet? What's lacking though is croissants at breakfast and fragrance, no areas of hotel, nor rooms are scented, & the hotel needs to undergo a complete renovation as it is very outdated & antiquated, not at all contemporary.

Amazing Spa facilities in Zim am Zeller, hot tubs, outdoor heated pools open in summer and winter, tons of saunas and steam rooms! Quality for recouping after snowboarding or skiing in Zillertall area. Easily accessible near to the train station. Reasonable prices and lunch included in day spa package for €75.

Highly recommend Hotel Theresa. Dorothy and the team are absolutely delightful and looked after us throughout the entirety of our stay. The facilities are amazing (especially the pool area) and the food was top quality. We just returned home from an excellent skiing family and friends vacation at Hotel Theresa. From the very first email I sent to Hotel Theresa, the staff was helpful, kind, and took note of every little detail. When we arrived, they graciously welcomed my husband and I with our three small children (ages 6, 3, and 1.) The hotel is very charming; it has a great sauna, pools for adults and children, a fantastic restaurant with friendly and patient staff, and so many other amenities that we enjoyed. My husband arrived a day later than us by train which is less than 5 minutes from Hotel Theresa. The shuttle bus to get to the ski slopes was also less than 5 minutes. One day, our group went to ski near Mayrhofen and the hotel provided a shuttle for us there and on return. The ski school Pro Zell was recommended by the staff and was incredible for my 6 year old son. There is a shuttle bus that picks up the kids and returns them. My daughter, 3, stayed in the kinder club with Maria and she had a blast. Everyday, Maria had new activities for her and she was so happy. Our son, 1, stayed some of the time with Sally, also recommended by the hotel, and he was so happy with her each day. I hope that we get to return to Hotel Theresa; I felt for the first time in awhile like I was able to truly relax and enjoy a vacation!

Great place for corporates, couples and families. The place is simply great. They have everything for the best experience in Tirol. Awesome wellness, great mountain for skiing and super staff. I found all staff very nice and useful. They always helped me with everything. Food was truly delicious experience. And interior is very nice as well. I stayed at Theresa hotel for two nights and I loved it. Make sure you will get in touch with Harry. Thank you guys!

Amazing and clean place! We had great massage and rest. The staff was friendly and nice. Really liked the warm outdoor pool! We are planning to come back in the future! ?

I've now been 6 times to this hotel and it still always surprises me how special it is. Positive: The staff is super friendly and accommodating. The food is extraordinarily well made, you can eat 4 times a day, all included in the original price of your stay. The waiters know you by name and they are very attentive and thoughtful, fulfilling next to any wishes and desires you may have. The wellness & spa area is lavishly designed and decorated, ranging from in- and outdoor swimming pools, over a variety of saunas to several rooms and places to lie down and relax. There are many drinking stations with free tea, coffee sirup and water, nuts to eat on the go and so on. There is also a gym, as well as a ski room with heated bars for your skiing boots. If you want to go there with your kids, don't worry, the hotel is very child-friendly as there are playing and game rooms in the basement, people that look after and play with your kids etc. The hotel itself is conveniently located just 1 minute by foot from the train station, but there is also a taxi service should you need one. Negative: The rear and front water streams of our toilet didn't work and we marked that on a sign which we hung to the door handle for the staff to notice and repair it, but nothing happened. Beverages you order during dinner are not included in the original price. From the hotel it is a 10-15 mins bus ride to the skiing area.
