The cleaning staff even smoke in the corridors. Rooms are simple, and you hear all the noise from the street and corridor. The furniture is in bad condition. WiFi is terrible. The staff is undermanned and quite unfriendly. Customer service is not a priority here. The food in the restaurant is almost uneatable. Processed and made with no love. Avoid it. If you can choose another hotell - do so!
J	Jesper Smith on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ IF YOU LOVE SMOKING, YOU’LL LOVE THIS PLACE It is clear that this establishment has found a unique niche in Zillertal whereas they are entirely focused on smokers. The whole hotel, all the rooms, even the drinking glasses smell of cigarette smoke. If you’re not into smoking or the smell of old cigarettes it might be wise to chose another place to stay. Unfortunately you’ll find no comfort in the food - it is by far the worst food I have ever had. All food is processed, served with no love and affection whatsoever and I believe prisons serve better food. If by any chance you would like to complain to the staff they are hard to find (understandably so). Nobody has ever been seen in the reception. If you are lucky, or rather the opposite, to find some staff you can tell that they really hate their jobs and that the guests staying in the hotel are only a nuisance that make their days even worse. But - if you’re into smoking and really love that cold war, East Germany, 70’s feeling, this is the place for you!
