Erreichbar vom Bahnhof Stockerau - hier kostenloses Parkhaus , und über das Kraftwerk Greifenstein ( Donauradweg ).Gehzeit zum Augasthaus ca. 20 Minuten , alles eben. Unmittelbar dort ein Schilflehrpfad am Wasser , Lenauweg , Wohlfühlweg der Naturfreunde ,Spielwiesen , Bänke . Kanuverleih vom Gasthaus , Alpenverein und Naturfreunden.
Wonderful, diverse and huge meadow landscape. Continuous wetland from Korneuburg to Tulln. Well managed by the Stockerau building yard. Driving ban - cycling, dogs allowed. Accessible from Stockerau train station - free parking garage here, and via the Greifenstein power plant (Danube Cycle Path). Walking time to the Augasthaus is approx. 20 minutes, everything is flat. Immediately there is a reed nature trail on the water, Lenauweg, nature lovers' feel-good path, playgrounds, benches. Canoe rental from the inn, alpine club and nature lovers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Selbst im Winter einen Spaziergang wert. Die Stille und die vielen verschiedenen Vögel, die man überall hört und teilweise sieht, machen den Besuch immer zu etwas Besonderes. Weite Wege und kaum frequentiert.
Worth a walk even in winter. The silence and the many different birds that you can hear and sometimes see everywhere always make a visit special. Long distances and hardly frequented.
