It doesn‘t matter if its hiking, biking, climbing or even your new life without any civilisation in the woods: you‘ll find everything you need in here! And if you‘re still not sure what you need: the guys in the store are happy to give you survival tipps ;)

Terrible Customer Service, in the shop, as well as online. Paid 400 euros for a technical jacket, it's in perfect state, but the zipper broke off. Store sales clerk told me nothing to do since I bought it just over 2 years ago (their max warranty). E-mailed with their online warranty team who also said: outside of warranty and the zipper is glued, so we couldn't even fix it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The North Face has great gear, for example "gloves for girls" at 85€. But it doesn't do sizes bigger than XL.
While it already triggered me that my daughter of 12 was pointed to the "girly gloves", there's always the painful reminder that I am not just too overweight for North face, but painfully overweight with my 3xl.
The shop was nice and all, but I will not purchase from North Face under these conditions anymore.
