R	REMEMBER on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr unfreundliches Personal und auch etwas komisch. ich war im Gesamten nicht zufrieden und fühlte mich etwas fehl am platz... Aber man muss auch sagen sie sind auch nur menschen und gehen ihrer Arbeit nach.. Was soll ich sagen.. es ist nunmal wie es ist! Aber ich komme gern wieder und lass mich gerne eines Besseren belehren. Das nächste mal auf den Umgang mit Kunden achten und evtl auch grüßen würde schon einiges ausmachen, und dann gibt es auch weniger zu meckern. Aber das musste einfach sein Ansonsten war es im großen und ganzen war es eh ok. Very unfriendly staff and a bit weird. I was not satisfied on the whole and felt a bit out of place ... But you have to say they are just human and go to their work .. What can I say .. it's just how it is! But I like to come back and let me teach you a better one. The next time to deal with customers and possibly greet would make a lot, and then there is less to moan. But that had to be easy Otherwise it was by and large ok.

Frau V. hat diesen Mantel aus einer Filiale direkt zu mir nach Hause schicken lassen. Wurde am nächten Tag prompt geliefert. Und ein paar Tage danach bekam ich einen Anruf von Frau V. ob alles geklappt hat und ich zufrieden sei. Das nenne ich Mal Service. Vielen Dank und ich kaufe gerne wieder bei euch ein! :) Vergesst den Online-Einkauf. So einen Service bekommt man nur von guten Fachleuten! :) Very friendly staff, especially Ms. Valentina is very hard working and attentive. Bought a coat that was out of stock. Ms. V. had this coat sent directly to my home from a branch. Was promptly delivered the next day. And a few days later I got a call from Ms. V. whether everything went well and I was satisfied. That's what I call service. Thank you very much and I will be happy to shop with you again! :) Forget about shopping online. You can only get such a service from good professionals! :)
