★ ★ ★ ★ ★ von lezyne usa wurde mir die firma thalinger lange gmbh als distributor für österreich genannt. habe 3 mailanfragen gesendet, wurden leider alle ignoriert. wahrscheinlich war der auftragswert zu gering :( da ich nur eine lichthalterung für mein rad benötigt habe. das alte wurde mit der halterung gestohlen.
jetzt musste ich mir das komplette licht neu besorgen, vielen dank generalvertretung!
from lezyne usa the company thalinger lange gmbh was named as a distributor for austria. have sent 3 mail requests, unfortunately all were ignored. probably the order value was too low :( since I only needed a light mount for my bike, the old one was stolen with the bracket.
Now I had to get the complete light new, many thanks general representation!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An Unfreundlichkeit nicht zu überbieten. Eine telefonische Anfrage (die kein Fachhändler beantworten konnte) wurde mit "wir reden nur mit Fachhändlern" beantwortet und grußlos aufgelegt.
Ich hoffe Shimano findet bei Gelegenheit einen kundenfreundlicheren Generalvertreter für Österreich.
Not to be outdone in rudeness. A telephone request (which no specialist retailer could answer) was answered with "we only talk to specialist dealers" and posted without a greeting.
I hope Shimano will find a more customer-friendly general agent for Austria when the opportunity arises.
