★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eine Frechheit wie man dort behandelt wird! Betriebsleiter Herr Lamplm. Rennt uns am Parkplatz nach und beschimpft uns wegen eines kleinen Welpen (15 Wochen ca 15 cm und ein Kilo nicht mal) da unser Sohn ihn getragen hat im Geschäft( man bedenke keine Verkäuferin machte uns aufmerksam dass er auch nicht hinein darf wenn er getragen wird) , Aber der Betriebsleiter rief sogar die Polizei deswegen !!!! Dieser Herr Lampl. Ist definitiv keine Bereicherung für dieses eigentlich gute Unternehmen - unsere Bewertung gilt regelrecht diesem Herren !!!! Normalerweise ist eine Entschuldigung angebracht !!!
Und unsere Karte wollte er uns auch wegnehmen dieser unseriöse Herr - da die Eigentum der Metro ist - unfassbar !!! Ich empfehle ihm ein Kundencoaching- wie geht man mit zahlenden Kunden um!!!
 A cheek how you are treated there! Operations manager Mr. Lamplm. Runs after us at the parking lot and insults us because of a small puppy (15 weeks about 15 cm and not even a kilo) because our son carried him in the shop (remember, no saleswoman made us aware that he is not allowed in if he is being carried ), But the manager even called the police about it !!!! This Mr. Lampl. Definitely not an asset to this actually good company - our rating is downright for this gentleman !!!! Usually an apology is appropriate !!!
And he also wanted to take our card away from us, this dubious gentleman - since it is the property of the metro - unbelievable! I recommend customer coaching - how do you deal with paying customers!
