★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a big fan of massage, and Thai is among my favorites. I have tried a couple of Thai massages in Vienna but the Thai Therapy on Wiedner Hauptstrasse beats them all. First of all, the establishment works only with Thai personnel and all masseurs are very experienced. Atmosphere is also very nice. Prices are quite moderate for what is offered (I have paid twice as much for about the same quality) and the quality-to-price ratio is very high indeed. Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor customer service and bad conduct, I called to book for a massage for an hour, when I arrived there the lady wanted to upgrade me to an hour and half, so I accepted then paid, after a moment later I was blamed by the manager for making them close late, I explained that I had nothing to do with the upgrade, therefore, asked my money to refunded so they could close early. Very unprofessional.
