D	Daniel Schalk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nie wieder! Ich habe heute Nachmittag dorthin angerufen und gefragt, ob ich meine Jacke vorbeibringen kann, weil ich einen Fleck nicht raus bekomme. Die Dame hat gesagt, dass das kein Problem ist, €13 kostet und ich vorbeikommen soll. Dort angekommen, fragte ich den Mann (Denke der Besitzer), ob ich meine Jacke bitte zur Reinigung abgeben kann, weil einen hartnäckigen Fleck habe. Als Antwort bekam ich, dass ich mir ein Reinigungsspray kaufen soll und das selbst machen soll. Und das in einem abwertenden Ton, dass ich mich wiederholen muss: NIE WIEDER! Never again! I called there this afternoon and asked if I could bring my jacket over because I couldn't get a stain out. The lady said that this is not a problem, costs € 13 and I should come over. When I got there, I asked the man (think the owner) if I could hand in my jacket for cleaning because of a stubborn stain. In response, I got to buy a cleaning spray and do it myself. And in a derogatory tone that I have to repeat myself: NEVER AGAIN!

Hab meinen 25 Jahre alten Burberry Mantel hingebracht, die Dame hat sofort gewusst worum es geht und sagte mir, dass er in 4 Tagen zum abholen ist. Heute hab ich ihn dann schließlich abgeholt und bin sehr überzeugt! Alle Flecken sind weg und er riecht wieder wie neu! Der Mantel war über die Jahre wirklich schon grau und fleckig geworden, davon merkt man jetzt absolut gar nichts mehr. Das Personal war auch sehr freundlich und mit 14€ finde ich auch, dass es ein guter Preis ist. A very reliable cleaning!
