e	elja6868 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ schlechteste Apotheke ever! ewig lang gewartet, eine Person, die für Kunden da war. Auf meine Frage ob es vielleicht noch eine 2. Person gäbe, unwirsche Antwort „sie wüsse nicht wo sie sei..“ Als ich dann schließlich dran war und nach einem Kühlkissen gefragt habe, bekam ich eine extrem unfreundliche Antwort „ sowas haben wir nicht“ ...keine Hilfestellung, Alternativen etc.. ich mein, eine Apotheke, die keine Kühlkissen/-kompressen führt und sich nicht mal blöd dabei vorkommt!!! Absolut schwach!!! worst pharmacy ever! waited forever, a person who was there for customers. When I asked if there might be a second person, an uncomfortable answer "they don't know where they are .." When it was my turn and asked for a cooling pillow, I received an extremely unfriendly answer "we don't have that" ... no help, alternatives etc. I mean, a pharmacy that does not have cooling pillows / compresses and itself not even stupid! Absolutely weak!

Apotheke Ragnitz hat es offensichtlich nicht nötig vielleicht uns allen einen Schritt in der Pandemie entgegen zu kommen. Bin enttäuscht und geh auch nicht mehr hin. Geht's nur mehr ums Geld?? I think it's a shame that not all pharmacies take part in free testing. Apotheke Ragnitz obviously does not need to take a step in the pandemic. I'm disappointed and don't go there anymore. Is it all about the money??
E	E. Sta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meine Tochter hat ein sehr wichtiges Medikament verschrieben bekommen, welches mein Mann heute um 17:15 holen wollte. Die Dame meinte, dass das nicht mehr möglich wäre weil die Zeit zu knapp sei es herzustellen. Daraufhin ist er zu einer anderen Apotheke gefahren. Seltsamerweise wurde es dort sehrwohl noch gemacht. Das war übrigens nicht die erste negative Erfahrung, die wir hier machen mussten. My daughter was prescribed a very important medication that my husband wanted to get at 5:15 p.m. today. The lady said that this would no longer be possible because the time was too short to manufacture. He then went to another pharmacy. Strangely enough, it was still done there. Incidentally, this was not the first negative experience we had to have here.
I	Istki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bemüht, allerdings etwas umständlich auf Bestellung reagiert, es brauchte 3 verschiedene Angestellte und eine Magistra, statt die Technik einzusetzen. Mailen und auf die Kompetenz der Mitarbeiter bauen, ergibt ein erfolgreiches Team und so eine grosse Kundenzufriedenheit?. Tried, but reacted a bit awkward to orders, it took 3 different employees and a Magistra instead of using the technology. Emailing and building on the competence of the employees results in a successful team and thus great customer satisfaction?.
X	Xhylsime Kqiku on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heute extra angerufen wegen Fenistil Tropfen (Antihistaminikum). Ich konnte leider nicht früher weg von der Arbeit und war knapp 5 Minuten vor Schließung da. Leider war schon um 17:55 die Apotheke zu. Die Apothekerin hat uns gesehen (ich und eine andere Kundin) und gar nicht reagiert. Ich habe noch nie in mein Berufsleben mein Patient 5 Minuten vor mein Dienstschluss einfach da sitzen lassen. Als Kundin seit mehr als 15 Jahren und Kollegin bin ich mehr als enttäuscht. Called today for Fenistil drops (antihistamine). Unfortunately, I couldn't leave work earlier and was there about 5 minutes before closing. Unfortunately the pharmacy was already closed at 5:55 pm. The pharmacist saw us (me and another customer) and didn't react at all. In my professional life, I have never let my patient sit there 5 minutes before the end of work. As a customer for more than 15 years and a colleague, I am more than disappointed.
