Bei fast jeder zweiten Abholung fehlt ein Teil. Dann kommen wir Monate später drauf und müssen dann mühsam darum kümmern das Teil wieder zu bekommen. Leider sind hierbei schon ein Hemd und eine Hose verloren gegangen. I really enjoy being a customer of yours. Only one thing has been bothering for months now and unfortunately the Zimmermann company is not getting a grip on it. A part is missing from almost every second collection. Then we come to it months later and then have to laboriously get the part back. Unfortunately, a shirt and trousers have already been lost.

Leider lies sich die Verschmutzung nicht nach dem ersten Auftrag entfernen. Herr Schachner hat sich persönlich darum gekümmert und einen zweiten Reinigungsversuch kostenlos durchgeführt. In dieser Zeit wurde ich telefonisch über die Vorgehensweise im Zusammenhang mit der Reinigung informiert, da es dem Team wichtig war, das Kleid durch zu intensive Reinigung nicht zu beschädigen. Heute durfte ich das Brautkleid abholen und die Bemühungen haben sich gelohnt - der Fleck ist weg und das Kleid sieht aus wie neu! Ich hatte wirklich das Gefühl, dass Kundenzufriedenheit hier ein großes Anliegen des Teams ist. Herzlichen Dank für Ihre Freundlichkeit, Kompetenz und Bemühungen! Highest praise to the whole team! Today I was allowed to pick up the wedding dress and the efforts have paid off - the stain is gone and the dress looks like new!
