J	Jürgen Reinhardt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Textilpflege Zimmermann verdient keinen einzigen Stern - ich kann nur warnen und jedem davon abraten! Brachte einen neuen Kurzmantel (2 Wochen alt, bis dahin noch nicht gereinigt) mit einem kleinen Fleck am Gehschlitz zum reinigen. Zurück bekam ich einen Kurzmantel - der über die gesamt Breite der Vorderseite einen "Silberstreifen" hatte (genau da wo sich einen Naht im Rückenteil des Mantels befindet) - der ursprünglich Stehkragen wurde einfach niedergebügelt (worauf ich extra hingewiesen hatte) - der einen weißen Fleck auf dem Ärmel hatte - der voller weißer Fussel war. Nach meiner wirklich höflichen Reklamation wurde der Mantel nochmal gereinigt und gebügelt. Außerdem habe ich einen breiten Kleiderbügel mitgebracht, mit der Bitte doch diesen zu verwenden, um die Schulterteile zu schonen. Auf den Stehkragen habe ich auch wieder hingewiesen! Die Rechnung des Mantels hatte ich dagelassen. Ein paar Tage später wollte ich den Mantel abholen: - Silberstreifen war noch da - Kragen war wieder umgebügelt - von einem Kleiderbügel wusste niemand etwas - als Draufgabe hatte ich jetzt auch noch glänzende Stellen überall da, wo sich Druckknöpfe unter dem Stoff befinden. Erklärung: "Das ist bei Baumwolle so, da kann man nichts machen. Wir können das aber reparieren - falls nicht ersetzen wir den Mantel, hat der Chef gesagt!" Nach ein paar Tagen bekam ich: Einen Mantel an dem sich nichts verändert hat. Von der Zusage den Mantel zu ersetzen wusste niemand etwas. Außerdem wurde ich beschimpft, dass ich nichts davon verstehe und es bei Baumwolle halt so ist. Der Kundensupport von G-Star sieht das übrigens nicht so. Fazit: Fall meinem Anwalt übergeben. Macht alle einen großen Bogen um Zimmermann Textilreinigung! Textile care Zimmermann does not deserve a single star - I can only warn and advise everyone against it! Brought a new short coat (2 weeks old, not yet cleaned) with a small stain on the slit to clean. Back I got a short coat - which had a "silver stripe" across the entire width of the front (exactly where there is a seam in the back of the coat) - the original stand-up collar was simply ironed down (which I had specifically pointed out) - who had a white spot on his sleeve - that was full of white lint. After my really polite complaint, the coat was cleaned and ironed again. I also brought a large hanger with me, so please use it to protect the shoulder parts. I also pointed out the stand-up collar again! I had left the coat bill. A few days later I wanted to pick up the coat: - Silver stripe was still there - The collar was ironed again - nobody knew anything about a hanger - As a bonus, I now also had shiny spots wherever there are snaps under the fabric. Explanation: "This is the case with cotton, you can't do anything about it. But we can fix it - if we don't replace the coat, the boss said!" After a few days I got: a coat on which nothing has changed. Nobody knew anything about the promise to replace the coat. I was also insulted that I don't understand anything about it and that's just the way it is with cotton. Incidentally, G-Star customer support does not see it that way. Conclusion: hand over the case to my lawyer. Everyone is avoiding carpentry textile cleaning!
V	Vio Linz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe ein teures Kleidungsstück (ca. 300€) "reinigen" lassen. Definitiv zum ersten und letzten Mal. Das Kleidungsstück hat Flecken und ist eingegangen. Auf Anfrage sagte man mir dass man da nichts machen kann. Absolut nicht Kundenorientiert! Leider muss man mind. 1 Stern geben, verdient haben Sie diesen nicht. Have an expensive piece of clothing (approx. 300 €) "cleaned". Definitely for the first and last time. The garment has stains and has died. On request I was told that there was nothing you could do. Absolutely not customer-oriented! Unfortunately you have to give at least 1 star, you have not earned it.
S	Sonja Wieser on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe ein schönes Kleid dort hingebracht zum Reinigen (knielang, Tüll, viele Perlen!). Beim 1. Mal gingen leider die Flecken nicht raus, doch die nette Dame bot mir an mein Kleid mit in die Zentrale (Zeppelinstraße) zu nehmen und dort erneut mit einem anderen Waschvorgang behandeln zu lassen. Nur 3h später wurde ich bereits angerufen das Kleid sei wieder einwandfrei sauber. Die Freude war riesig, da ich das Kleid 3 Tage später auf einer Hochzeit anziehen wollte! Zuverlässig, lösungsorientiert, kompetent, kundenfreundlich und relativ schnell erledigt! Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen. Werde auch künftig meine Kleider nur dort reinigen lassen! Took a nice dress there for cleaning (knee length, tulle, lots of pearls!). Unfortunately, the stains didn't come out the first time, but the nice lady offered me to take my dress to the head office (Zeppelinstrasse) and have it treated again with another washing process. Only 3 hours later I was called and the dress was perfectly clean again. The joy was huge because I wanted to wear the dress 3 days later at a wedding! Reliable, solution-oriented, competent, customer-friendly and done relatively quickly! I can only recommend. I will only have my clothes cleaned there in the future!
