Wir behalten uns weitere rechtliche Schritte vor Wir warten mittlerweile seit mahr als 2 Monaten nicht nur auf das Geld/lieferung, sondern auf eine generelle Antwort. @Tennispoint: bitte ersparen sie sich die Massen-Beschwichtigungsantwort mit Systemumstellung usw.... Sollte ich genau diese Antwort erhalten, gehen ich davon aus, dass selbst das Beschwerdehandling unpersönlich, unprofessionell und dilletantisch ist. FINGER WEG VON TENNISPOINT !!!!!! We reserve the right to take further legal steps We have been waiting for more than 2 months not only for the money / delivery, but for a general answer. @Tennispoint: please save yourself the mass appeasement response with system change, etc ... If I get exactly this answer, I assume that even the complaint handler is impersonal, unprofessional and diligent. FINGERS AWAY FROM TENNISPOINT !!!!!!

Aber trotz der 100 Tage Rückgabegarantie kommt es vor, dass man Teile bestellt, die es dann kurzfristig günstiger gibt und man nicht einfach die Preisdifferenz gutgeschrieben bekommt, sondern die Artikel neu bestellen muss und wieder hunderte Kilometer zurücksenden muss. Das ist nicht nur bezüglich Kundenzufriedenheit ärgerlich, sondern auch ökologisch äußerst fragwürdig! Basically great tennis offer! But despite the 100-day return guarantee, it happens that you order parts that are then cheaper at short notice and you don't just get the price difference credited, but have to re-order the items and have to return hundreds of kilometers. This is not only annoying in terms of customer satisfaction, but also extremely questionable ecologically!
O	One in a Million on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfreundlich Mitarbeiter, miserable Beratung. Man fühlt sich unwillkommen beim betreten. Wenn ich einkaufe will ich normalerweise eh nicht angesprochen werden bis ich eine Frage etc habe. Aber hier sind die Mitarbeiter nicht einmal fähig zu Grüßen.zum Thema Beratung. Einem Bekannten von mir (Anfänger) wurde ein Jugendschläger mit viel zu kleinem Griff verkauft. Ich kann nur empfehlen woanders hinzugehen. Unfriendly staff, miserable advice. You feel unwelcome when entering. When I'm shopping I usually don't want to be approached until I have a question etc. But here the staff are not even able to greet.on the subject of advice. An acquaintance of mine (beginner) was sold a youth racket with a grip that was much too small. I can only recommend going somewhere else.

Bought a racket on the website and finally found out 2 days later after my own call to them that it's not in stock! but it was on stock when i bought it and paid for it.
