So einen positiven Umgang mit Kunden kennt man sonst nur von kleinen inhabergeführten Geschäften! Alles genau so, wie man sich das wünscht!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider nicht sehr Kundenfreundlich bzw. flexibel. Auf meine Bitte hin einen Schläger zu bespannen um 10 Uhr, dieser sollte bis 16 Uhr fertig sein (Notfall)…. Am Anfang gar nicht möglich, da ja sehr viel zu tun, nach nochmaligem Bitten doch möglich jedoch für den Doppelten Preis! Wir werden uns wohl nicht mehr sehen.
Unfortunately not very customer-friendly or flexible. At my request to string a racket at 10 am, it should be ready by 4 pm (emergency)…. Not possible at first, there is a lot to do, but after asking again it is possible for double the price! We will probably not see each other again.
