Ich weiss leider nicht,wie die nette Dame heisst,aber sie war superfreundlich u hilfsbereit!!!! I have never had such a good service at any consulate !!!!!!!! ??????? I had questions about entering Italy and was called back immediately. Unfortunately I don't know what the name of the nice lady is, but she was super friendly and helpful !!!!
