Beim Probetermin, eine woche vor der Hochzeit versuchten sie mir bei der Probe einfach einen anderen zufälligen Anzug zu geben. Sie wollten, dass ich nichts mitbekomme. Vermeiden! Absolutely disastrous. I ordered a ~ 900 € suit for my wedding and they ordered the wrong one and said nothing. At the trial appointment, a week before the wedding, they just tried to give me another random suit at the rehearsal. They didn't want me to see anything. Avoid!
M	Mar S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super zentral in Wien. Gut erreichbar mit den Öffis und dem Auto. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr zuvorkommend. Die Preise finde ich für die gute Qualität okay. Die Auswahl ist echt riesig, für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Schade nur das es für Damen nichts gibt, wäre eine schöne Ergänzung. Super central in Vienna. Easily accessible by public transport and by car. The staff are very courteous. I think the prices are okay for the good quality. The selection is really huge, there is something for every taste. It's just a shame that there is nothing for women, it would be a nice addition.

Beratung während dem Kauf eines - in meinem Fall - Maßanzuges für eine Hochzeit ebenfalls sehr zuvorkommend. Das große ABER: leider hat der Verkauf keinerlei Handschlagqualität. Bei dem Kauf des Anzuges um rund 1.000€ wurden sämtliche Anpassungen nach dem Kauf versprochen. Ich selbst habe keine Fachkenntnisse bezüglich Änderungsarbeiten und habe mich fälschlicherweise auf dieses Versprechen verlassen. Eine bekannte Schneiderin hat mich zufällig darauf aufmerksam gemacht, dass die Änderung am Kragen des Sakkos relativ aufwändig ist. Ärmel und Revers müssen entfernt, gekürzt und wieder angebracht werden. Als ich meinen Verkäufer in Person von Herrn A. - den vollen Namen lasse ich aus Respekt außen vor - darauf angesprochen habe, hat dieser mir entgegnet, dass die Änderung zwar notwendig, aber nicht möglich sei bzw. ein Aufpreis von rund 400€ notwendig ist. Ein Aufschlag von knapp 50% des Kaufpreises. Auch im Gespräch mit der Filialleiterin wurde mir lediglich mit Ausreden und Rechtfertigungen geantwortet. Eine Umtausch ist ebenfalls NICHT mehr möglich (aus welchen Gründen auch immer, Anzug wurde nie getragen). Fazit: unlautere und dem Preissegment nicht entsprechende Geschäftsmethoden. Kann als Alternative Rotknopf im 7. Bezirk empfehlen. Dort wurde bzw. wird problemlos auf alle Problemchen eingegangen! Preisniveau ist gleich bzw. sogar niedriger. PS: falls sich am derzeitigen Stand etwas ändern sollte, aktualisiere ich meine Bewertung selbstverständlich. In der Zwischenzeit bedanke ich mich für die grandiosen Umstände während der Hochzeitsvorbereitung. Basically the top address for suits for every conceivable occasion. Advice during the purchase of a - in my case - tailor-made suit for a wedding was also very courteous. The big BUT: unfortunately the sale has no handshake quality. When buying the suit for around €1,000, all post-purchase adjustments were promised. I myself have no expertise in modification work and have wrongly relied on this promise. A well-known seamstress accidentally drew my attention to the fact that changing the collar of the jacket is relatively complex. Sleeves and lapels need to be removed, trimmed and reattached. When I spoke to my salesman in the person of Mr. A. - I leave out his full name out of respect - he replied that the change was necessary but not possible or that an extra charge of around €400 was necessary . A surcharge of almost 50% of the purchase price. Even when I spoke to the branch manager, I was only answered with excuses and justifications. An exchange is also NO longer possible (for whatever reason, the suit was never worn). Conclusion: unfair business methods that do not correspond to the price segment. As an alternative, I can recommend Rotknopf in the 7th district. All problems were or will be dealt with there without any problems! Price level is the same or even lower. PS: if something should change at the current status, I will of course update my rating. In the meantime, I would like to thank you for the grandiose circumstances during the wedding preparations.
