★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nach jahrelangem Ärger mit einem großen Anbieter waren wir recht abgehärtet und sind positiv überrascht über das stabile und flotte Internet. Support (außer zwei freundlichen Nachfragen zur Zufriedenheit noch kein Kontakt notwendig) scheint persönlicher und überschaubarer zu sein, keine endlosen Warteschleifen etc. Preis-Leistung ebenfalls okay.
 After years of trouble with a large provider, we were quite hardened and are pleasantly surprised at the stable and fast Internet. Support (apart from two friendly inquiries about satisfaction, no contact necessary yet) seems to be more personal and manageable, no endless queues, etc. Price-performance ratio is also okay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin bereits seit etlichen Jahren zufriedener Kunde. Anfangs hatte ich 2,3 mal Kontakt zum Kundenservice, der meine Anliegen prompt und reibungslos erledigt hat. Up- und Download erreichen die Werte, auch der Ping ist in Ordnung. Ausfall hatte ich bisher nur einmal, abgesehen von geplanten Wartungsarbeiten.
I've been a satisfied customer for a number of years. In the beginning I had contact with customer service 2.3 times, who dealt with my concerns promptly and smoothly. Upload and download achieve the values, and the ping is also okay. I've only had one failure so far, apart from scheduled maintenance work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin begeistert. Heute Glasfaseranschluss erhalten und gleich darauf bei TeleTronic meinen Account bestellt. Sehr freundliche junge Leute - konnte mein Modem behalten und mein Anschluss wurde sofort aktiviert. Das nenn ich Kundenservice - weiter so - Ihr seid SPITZE.
I'm excited. Today receive fiber optic connection and immediately account my ordered Teletronic. Very friendly young people - could keep my modem and my connection was immediately activated. I call customer service - keep it up - you're TIP.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin seit Jahren zufriedener Kunde von TeleTronic. Meine Glasfaserleitung funktioniert hervorragend. Die angegebene Geschwindigkeit wurde bisher immer erreicht. Störungen waren äußerst selten und in kürzester Zeit behoben. Homeoffice war mit der Leitung auch mit mehreren Personen kein Problem. Auch was den Preis angeht bin ich äußerst zufrieden. Ich wünschte es gäbe TeleTronic auch im Zentrum von Wien, sonst hätte ich ihren Service nicht nur am Zweitwohnsitz.

I have been a satisfied TeleTronic customer for years. My fiber optic line works great. The specified speed has always been reached so far. Malfunctions were extremely rare and resolved in a very short time. Home office was no problem with the management, even with several people. I'm also extremely satisfied with the price. I wish there was TeleTronic in the center of Vienna, otherwise I would not only have their service at my second home.
Thank you TeleTronic, keep it up!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Installation bereitete mir zu Beginn Schwierigkeiten! Doch ein Mitarbeiter war dann direkt vor Ort um das Problem zu lösen. Seither (ca 3 Jahre) haben wir tolles Glasfaser-Internet und sind mit der Leistung von Teletronic sehr zufrieden!
I had trouble installing it at first! But an employee was then on site to solve the problem. Since then (about 3 years) we have had great fiber optic internet and are very satisfied with the performance of Teletronic!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bin schon über 10 Jahre bei Teletronic und hatte fast nie Probleme und wenn es mal wo ein Problem gab, wartet man nicht wie bei den anderen ewig in einer Warteschleife und kommt dann zu einer Hotline sondern direkt gleich zu dem Kundenservice die prompt helfen konnten. Selbst wenn der Router mal defekt war, wurde dieser innerhalb von ein paar Tagen sofort getauscht.
Unter den vielen Anbietern die es am Markt gibt, kann man hier nur sagen - TOP Kundenservice! Das hebt euch definitiv von allen anderen ab und das Internet funktioniert eigentlich wirklich IMMER :-)

I've been with Teletronic for over 10 years and have hardly ever had any problems, and if there was a problem somewhere, you don't wait forever in a queue like the others and then come to a hotline, you go straight to customer service, who were able to help promptly. Even if the router was defective, it was immediately replaced within a few days.
Among the many providers on the market, one can only say - TOP customer service! That definitely sets you apart from everyone else and the internet really ALWAYS works :-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ since the line is based on fiber it is extremely stable. i had the line for years and for most of the time the line was really stable. they had a few minor issues a while during last summer. when they planned some internal changes they notified customers in advance and the planned changes where without any noticable outage. also the bandwidth is and latency are great.
