Abspulte Frechheit.! Ich bin niemand der nach einem Problem sich aufregen beginnt. Aber hier ist es die Summe der Dinge beim Teuersten Anbieter.! Keine Möglichkeiten beim Tarifwechsel. immer werden nur Koch teuerer Verträge angeboten. Ich bezahle 52€ für 10G Internet und Roaming Freiminuten die es nicht mehr gibt und ein Wechsel ist nicht möglich.! Bei dem Kauf des aktuellen iPhone wurde die Lieferzeit um satte 6 Wochen überzogen und die einzige Antwort was man bekommt ist, dass keiner weiß wo es ist oder wann es kommen wird. Entschädigungen interessieren hier keinen. Als ich am Punkt war und sofort alles kündigen wollte. TV und HANDY wurde auch keine Alternative angeboten sondern nur das ich erst aus dem Vertrag kann wenn ich knapp 1100€ bezahle. Egal was man mit A1 zu tuen hat es geht schief. Ich habe wegen dem hohen Betrag nicht gekündigt und hätte im 2100 etwas von der Serviceline gebraucht. Nach knapp 30 Minuten hat anstatt das jemand das Telefonat annimmt man einfach aufgelegt. Natürlich verständlich das in Zeiten wie diesen, einer nie gesehenen Hochkonjunktur, man nicht in der Lage ist genug Personal einzustellen. Das einziehe Gespräch heute war mit einem Roboter der mich einen Serviceberater zugeteilt hat.!

With the purchase of the current iPhone, the delivery time has been overdrawn by a whopping 6 weeks and the only answer you get is that nobody knows where it is or when it will come. Compensation does not interest anyone here. When I was at the point and wanted to quit everything immediately. TV and mobile phone was offered no alternative but only I can only from the contract if I pay almost 1100 €. No matter what you have to do with A1 it goes wrong. I have not quit because of the high amount and would have needed in the 2100 something from the Serviceline. After almost 30 minutes, instead of someone who accepts the call you just hung up. Of course, understandable in times like these, a never seen boom, you are not able to hire enough staff. The call in today was with a robot who assigned me a service consultant!
