M	Martina Berti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Also normalerweise liebe ich die TEDI Filialen. Diese hier aber ist mit Abstand die Schlimmste in der ich bisher je war. Schaute diese Woche das erste Mal rein und war schon beim Eingang richtig geschockt. Hier sah es aus als ob ne Bombe eingeschlagen hätte!! Sowas hab ich überhaupt noch nie irgendwo gesehen. Überall im gesamten Geschäft lagen haufenweise und stapelweise Schachteln der Lieferware umher. Man konnte kaum irgendwo zu den Regalen weil überall irgendwo was im Weg lag. Die Verkäuferinnen kamen mit dem Auspacken nicht nach weil sie nebenbei ständig zur Kassa laufen mussten. Das Schlimmste aber war die Artikel-Aufteilung. Ich war speziell wegen Halloween drin. Normalerweise sind diese Dinge in jeder Filiale an einem Ort zusammen. Hier aber ist das Halloween Zeug aufgeteilt an mehreren Gängen. Hier was, da was, dort was. Echt mühsam. Ein Chaos, dass mir die Lust am Shoppen verging. Drei Sterne vergebe ich hier nur, weil ich das Sortiment von Tedi mag und die Dame an der Kassa so nett war, auch wenn der Rest des Teams nicht den Mund zum Grüßen aufbringt. Außer man grüßt zuerst. So usually I love the TEDI stores. But this one is by far the worst I've ever been to. Checked in for the first time this week and was really shocked at the entrance. Here it looked like a bomb would have hit !! I have never seen anything like this anywhere. Throughout the entire store there were heaps and batches of boxed goods. There was barely anywhere to the shelves because somewhere was something in the way. The sales assistants did not comply with the unpacking because they constantly had to walk to the cash desk. The worst part was the article distribution. I was in for halloween specifically. Usually, these things are in one place in each store. But here is the Halloween stuff split in several courses. Here what, there what, there what. Really difficult. A chaos that I lost the pleasure of shopping. I only give three stars here because I like the assortment of Tedi and the lady at the cash desk was so nice, even if the rest of the team does not open their mouths to greet them. Unless one greets first.
M	Monika K. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liefertag. Frage an eine junge Angestellte ob Aufbewahrungsboxen (4 x bitte) gekommen sind. Ein spontanes nein nur das im Regal ist da. Okay, vielleicht könnte sie auf den Lieferschein kurz nachsehen. Antwort: wenn die Lieferscheine schon eingeheftet sind, kann ich nicht mehr nachschauen!! Hab schon vieles erlebt und gehört, aber so eine Antwort.......irgendwie bin ich fassungslos. Wie dumm halten die einen. Die Auswahl ansonsten sehr groß gegenüber anderen Tedi-Märkten. Delivery day. Ask a young employee whether storage boxes (4 x please) have come. A spontaneous no, only that on the shelf is there. Okay, maybe she could take a quick look at the delivery note. Answer: If the delivery notes are already attached, I can no longer look them up !! Have already experienced and heard a lot, but such an answer ....... somehow I am stunned. How stupid do some of them think. The selection is otherwise very large compared to other Tedi markets.
