★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jedesmal wenn ich komme gibt es ein Problem bei der Kassa. Entweder vergessen sie was oder sie rechnen es nicht richtig aus und ich muss mehr zahlen als ich sollte. Man hat mit mir auch sehr Respektlos gesprochen.
 Every time I come there is a problem with the cash desk. Either they forget something or they don't figure it out correctly and I have to pay more than I should. I was also spoken to in a very disrespectful manner.

Leider benötigte ich nachher noch ein paar andere Dinge und fuhr aufgrund meiner bisher guten Erfahrung auch hin. Bei dem einen Teil fehlte ein kompletter Satz an Schrauben. Hatte leider eine verkehrte Rechnung mit und obwohl die Dame an der Kassa den Einkauf vom Vortag auf meiner Kundenkarte sah, wurde es mir verwehrt die fehlenden Schrauben auszuhändigen oder die Rechnung nachzudrucken.
Dieses Kundenservice hat mich ehrlich gesagt enttäuscht.
We were very satisfied with the planning, advice, installation and the staff in our new kitchen. Unfortunately, I needed a few other things afterwards and went there because of my good experience so far. One part was missing a complete set of screws. Unfortunately, I had the wrong invoice and although the lady at the cash desk saw the previous day's purchase on my customer card, I was refused to hand over the missing screws or to reprint the invoice.
To be honest, this customer service disappointed me.

Kitchen planning/advice from Ms. Bayrhofer is simply great, very fast, all requests are addressed and the price/performance ratio is right too!

Had to wait 20 minutes for a seller at the Möbelix, since everyone was making lunch at the same time and the technical competence has more than fallen by the wayside here
