A	Alexa P. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kundenfreundlichkeit bzw Freundlichkeit ist für manche ein Fremdwort… Ich war mit meinen Kindern heute im Tedi einkaufen und meine Kinder 4&8 Jahre alt schauten sich in der Spielzeugabteilung herum. Da wurden Sie von einer Verkäuferin etwas älter und stärker aufgefordert nichts anzugreifen weil Sie sonst wieder schlichten muss. Ich dachte ich höre nicht richtig… Ich kann von meinen zwei Kids wirklich sagen, die machen keine Unordnung und verräumen auch nichts. Aber es geht nicht darum. Der werten Dame ist nicht bewusst, was ihre Aufgabe im Handel ist. Als ich Sie darauf angesprochen habe, was für ein Problem es mit meinen Kindern gegeben hat, sagte Sie nur ohne Interesse, Sie haben nichts anzugreifen, Sie hat gerade geschlichtet. Ich fragte Sie dann, dürfen Erwachsene auch nichts angreifen, sagt Sie nein. Es geht nicht darum ob man es darf oder nicht, es geht um den Umgang mit Kunden. Die Dame ignorierte mich und nach mehrmaligen Fragen maulte Sie mich dann auch noch an. Also mit so einer Verkäuferin bzw Filialleiterin sollte sich Tedi wirklich schämen, man lese die Kommentare davor. Also mich sieht diese Filiale nicht mehr und ich empfehle das auch vielen weiter… Customer friendliness or friendliness is a foreign word for some... I can really say about my two kids, they don't mess up and they don't put things away either. But it's not about that. The dear lady is not aware of what her job is in retail. When I asked you what kind of problem there was with my children, you just said without interest, you have nothing to attack, you just mediated. I then asked her, are adults not allowed to attack anything, she says no. It's not about whether you're allowed to do it or not, it's about how you treat customers. The lady ignored me and after several questions she started moaning at me. So with such a saleswoman or branch manager, Tedi should really be ashamed, read the comments beforehand. So this branch doesn't see me anymore and I recommend it to many others...
