Es fing schon damit an, dass ich und eine andere Patientin, beides Notfälle, im Stiegenhaus stehen gelassen wurden wie Hunde. Man liess uns erst nach etwa 20 min im Wartezimmer Platz nehmen. Corona treibt seltsame Blüten. Obwohl er den Eiterherd in einem hohlen und brüchigen Zahn bemerkte, ignorierte er ihn, spülte nur durch und gab mir eine provisorische Füllung. Den nächsten Termin wollte er mir erst 9 Tage später geben. Die Schmerzen stiegen bald darauf wieder mit voller Intensität an. Im Krankenhaus musste man mir eine geschwollene Eiterbeule im Zahnfleisch aufschneiden und sämtliche Kanäle aufbohren. Unnötig zu erwähnen, dass ich diesen Arzt nie wieder aufsuchen werde. Der Termin am 29.4. ist damit gestrichen. I was completely let down. Unfortunately, you cannot give minus points. It started with me and another patient, both emergencies, being left in the stairwell like dogs. We were only allowed to sit in the waiting room after about 20 minutes. Corona has strange flowers. Although he noticed the pus in a hollow and brittle tooth, he ignored it, just rinsed it through and gave me a temporary filling. He didn't want to give me the next appointment until 9 days later. The pain soon increased again with full intensity. In the hospital, I had to cut open a swollen pus in my gums and open all the channels. Needless to say, I will never see this doctor again. The date on April 29 is deleted.

Einzig die oft zu jungen Arzt Helfer nerven mich etwas mit ihrer unerfahrenheit. Doctor is super perfect for anxiety patients like me! Very empathetic and when he says it doesn't hurt, that's the way it is! Only the often too young doctor helpers annoy me with their inexperience.

Lokale Anästhesie wird beim kleinsten Zucken angeboten. Auch der Empfang an der Rezeption ist immer sehr freundlich. A dentist that one could only wish for. Punctual admission, short waiting times and very courteous in case of pain. Local anesthesia is offered at the slightest twitch. The reception at the front desk is always very friendly.
