J	Jacqueline Kletzenbauer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Normal ned mal 1 Stern wert. Waren heute bei euch einkaufen mit meinen 3 jährigen Zwillinge. Da euer wagerl zu klein ist für 2 kids zum rein setzen, haben wir wie immer ein Merkur wagerl genommen. Das passte 2 Mitarbeitern nicht. Schnauzte uns an das wir die tedi wagerl nehmen sollen da die Merkur wagerl ja so schwer groß sind und wir ned durch kämen. - war bis jetzt nie ein Problem - hab dann gesagt das dies nicht freundlich war von dieser Dame durch den Umgangs Ton und da Schnauzte mich die andere gleich dazu an ( ich bin selbst Verkäuferin und weiß wie stressig es oft ist aber man soll die Kunden ned anfahren nur weil mA stress hat.) es ist mir des öfteren passiert, das in diesem Geschäft, die Mitarbeiter sehr unfreundlich und nicht interessiert sind bei ihrem job. Tedi puntigam sieht mich ned mehr und ich werde nur mehr tedi im Center west gehen, denn da sind sie sehr Familien freundlich und haben spaß am Verkauf :) Fazit :bin geschockt und echt traurig für das Unternehmen, das man solche umgangstonen erlaubt bei Kunden die eigentlich das Geschäft sind für euch. Normally worth 1 star. Were shopping with you today with my 3 year old twins. Since your wagerl is too small for 2 kids to put in, we took a Merkur wagerl as always. That didn't fit 2 employees. Snapped at us that we should take the tedi wagerl because the mercury wagerl are so heavy and we could not get through. - was never a problem until now - then said that this lady was not friendly because of the way she talked and the other one snapped at me (I am a salesperson myself and know how stressful it is often but you should never address customers start up just because mA has stress.) It has happened to me many times that in this business, the employees are very unfriendly and not interested in their job. Tedi puntigam sees me no more and I will only go to tedi in the center west, because they are very family-friendly and have fun with the sale :) Conclusion: I am shocked and really sad for the company that allows such colloquial customers are actually the business for you.

Also ich musste noch schnell was einkaufen und es war so ca.10min. vor Ladenschluss ..Ich hatte eine Sache gefunden aber ich war mir nicht sicher ob ich es kaufen soll ..Ich hab hinter der Kassa etwas besseres gefunden doch ich konnte es nicht kaufen da es schon 5min. vor 18.30 war und das die Angestellte es nicht holen wollte .So hab ich schlussendlich das andere gekauft da ich es für den morgigen Tag gebraucht habe. Also ich bin enttäuscht das dieses Personal so unfreundlich, unmotiviert und überhaupt nicht hilfsbereit ist denn das ist ja nicht das 1Mal das die Angestellten so unfreundlich zu Käufer/innen sind. Würde dagegen was unternehmen!! Very, very unfriendly staff! So I had to buy something quickly and it was about 10 minutes. before closing time .. I had found something but I wasn't sure if I should buy it .. I found something better behind the cash desk but I couldn't buy it because it was already 5 minutes. was before 6.30 p.m. and the clerk didn't want to get it. So I finally bought the other one because I needed it for tomorrow. So I am disappointed that this staff is so unfriendly, unmotivated and not at all helpful because that is not the first time that the employees are so unfriendly to buyers. Would do something about it!
H	Heike Herler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr unfreundliche Filialleitung sehr Kinder unfreundlich wollte mich sogar auf Diebstahl bezichtigen weil mir meine Tochter mit Sticker gefolgt ist und ich noch draußen bei den Waren vor der Türe geschaut habe.Also so eine Frechheit und sagte noch zu mir das ihr Personal anderes zu tun hat als meinen Kindern nachzuräumen. Diese Filialleitung gehört sofort ausgetauscht.Am besten wäre Klappe halten und einfach nur den Job machen Very unfriendly branch management very children unfriendly even wanted to accuse me of theft because my daughter followed me with a sticker and I was still looking outside at the goods at the door to clear up my children. This branch line should be replaced immediately, the best thing would be to shut up and just do the job

Meine Kinder wurden von der Kassiererin zusammengeschimpft, weil sie ein Spielzeug genommen haben und ich es dann woanders hingelegt habe. Bin Stammkundin und hatte Waren im Wert von 40 Eur im Einkaufswagen. Bei der Kassa wurde ich schief angeschaut, sodass ich den Einkauf abbrechen musste! Das ist gelebte Kundenfreundlichkeit! Update: War erneut vor 2 Tagen in der Filiale, da ich beim Merkur war und dringend etwas einen Blumentopf brauchte. Beide Verkäuferinnen waren extrem genervt und unfreundlich. Außerdem hat man mich gebeten mit dem Merkur Einkaufswagerl hinauszufahren, da dies im Tedi nicht erlaubt sei!!! Unmöglich! Very rude staff in Puntigam! My kids got scolded by the cashier for taking a toy and then I put it somewhere else. I am a regular customer and had goods worth 40 Eur in my shopping cart. At the cash desk I was looked at crookedly, so I had to stop shopping! That is customer friendliness! Update: Was in the branch again 2 days ago because I was at Merkur and urgently needed a flower pot. Both shop assistants were extremely annoyed and unfriendly. In addition, I was asked to take the Merkur shopping trolley out, as this was not allowed in Tedi !!! Impossible!
A	Ali Kutlusoy (kutlusoy) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ausgefallene Waren zu sehr günstigen Preisen. Immer was kleines zu finden was hier und da im Haushalt benötigt wird. Wenn es aber qualitativ hochwertig sein soll, ist TEDI nicht so ganz die richtige Wahl. Natürlich gibt es auch waren wo Qualität keine Rolle spielt und hier ist TEDI preislich unschlagbar. Ein Stern Abzug wegen der manchmal zu schlechten Qualität der Waren. Ich habe hier endlich die lang gesuchte Klobürste aus Silikon gefunden. Kostete nur 2 Euro. Fancy goods at very reasonable prices. Always something small to find what is needed here and there in the household. But if it is supposed to be of high quality, TEDI is not quite the right choice. Of course there are also goods where quality doesn't matter and TEDI is unbeatable in terms of price. A star deduction due to the sometimes poor quality of the goods. I finally found the long-sought toilet brush made of silicone. It only cost 2 euros.
