E	Eduard Meller on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Haben vieles, nur den Kaffee den ich kaufen wollte hatten sie nicht. Tchibo sollte sich mehr auf Kaffee und nicht auf alles andere konzentrieren. Have a lot, only they didn't have the coffee I wanted to buy. Tchibo should focus more on coffee than anything else.

I didn't like the coffee as good as expected, but the cake, which was included in the event, and the service was also very friendly.

Das Geschäft liegt günstig neben dem Grünen Markt. Friendly staff, mostly well sorted and a few tables for a good coffee and a pastry there's too. The shop is conveniently located next to the Green Market.

A	Alfred T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5.1.2022 habe ich mein Geburtstagsgeschenk ein gratis Kaffee mit vielen Hürden seitens der ausländischen Bedienung dann doch dank der österreichischen Kollegen einlösen können. Ich hatte alles mit auf den Strichcode wo man einfach nur drüber scannen muss damit man ein gratis Kaffee bekommt aber laut Personal fehle die Kundenkarte sie kann mir den Gutschein nicht einlösen ohne Kundenkarte. Diese hatte nicht einmal einen Versuch gestartet ohne Kundenkarte den Strichcode zu scannen. 5.1.2022 I got my birthday present a free coffee with many hurdles on the part of the foreign waiter, thanks to the Austrian colleagues. I had everything with me on the barcode where you just have to scan over it to get a free coffee but according to the staff the customer card is missing and they cannot redeem the voucher for me without a customer card. This had not even started an attempt to scan the bar code without a customer card.
