Die Kapseln wurden zerdrückt und nicht durchstochen, oder fielen einfach durch. Dank der freundlichen, kompetenten und entgegenkommenden Beratung, wurde eine sehr kundenfreundlich Lösung gefunden. Ich bedanke mich bei den Mitarbeitern dieser Filiale und kann diesenur weiterempfehlen. ? Unfortunately, within two years, I had problems with the second QBO machine with milk frother. The capsules were crushed and not punctured, or simply fell through. Thanks to the friendly, competent and accommodating advice, a very customer-friendly solution was found. I would like to thank the employees of this branch and can only recommend them. ?
