Außerdem bekommt man hier vom Rexgummi bis zum Schmortopf wirklich alles, was man zum kochen/backen braucht - vor allem bei den qualitativ sehr hochwertigen und teuren Produkten (z.B. Le Creuset) haben sich die Fachkräfte wirklich Zeit genommen, um uns sehr ausführlich zu beraten, damit wir auch wirklich die für uns geeignetste Wahl treffen. Aber auch in allen andere Preissegmenten wird man hier fündig. Daher kann ich dieses Geschäft uneingeschränkt empfehlen. This is really great business! Es gibt kaum etwas an Geschirr und Küchenutensilien das man hier nicht bekommt und wenn tatsächlich mal etwas nicht da ist wird es bestellt. Die freundliche und kompetente Beratung machen die etwas höheren Preise im Vergleich zu manchen Versandhändlern allemal wieder wett und im Gegensatz dazu kann man hier alles anfassen und die Wertigkeit überprüfen anstatt nur Bildchen zu betrachten. Gott sei Dank dass es solche Geschäfte noch gibt. Weiter so und alles Gute für die Zukunft. A Währing institution where I go shopping very often and often. There is hardly anything about crockery and kitchen utensils that you cannot get here and if something is actually not there it is ordered. The friendly and competent advice make up for the somewhat higher prices compared to some mail order companies and in contrast you can touch everything and check the value instead of just looking at pictures. Man hat nicht das Gefühl, dass man das teuerste Produkt aufgeschwatzt bekommt, sondern genau das Produkt das man braucht! Z.B. für einen ca 30 Jahre alten Fissler Druckkochtopf habe ich hier noch Ersatzteile bekommen. Freundliche Bedienung und kompetente Beratung. A great deal. First address in Vienna for everything to do with crockery. Very large selection. For example, I got spare parts for a Fissler pressure cooker that was around 30 years old.
