Ich rief ihr nach und fragte nach einer Tasche dafür und sie sagte sie hätten nur welche um 80 cent.Erstens finde ich es wichtig Taschen immer anzubieten und zweitens lässt der Service von Tchbo sehr zu wünschen übrig nicht einmal eine kleine Tasche anzubieten damit der Kunde nicht mit dem BH auf offener Straße herumlaufen muß. Ich finde das geht gar nicht. Not satisfactory, I bought a bra and the seller took the good piece and left without offering a bag. I called after her and asked for a bag for it and she said that she only had it for 80 cent. Firstly, I think it is important to always offer bags and secondly, the service from Tchbo leaves much to be desired, not even offering a small bag so that the customer does not has to walk around the open road with her bra. I don't think that's possible.

Zunächst wurde uns die Einlösung des Sofortgewinngutscheins auf bestimmte Kaffees (obgleich laut Hotline includiert) verweigert. Beim nächsten Besuch versuchte ich dies zu klären. Die dunkelhaarige Dame reagierte jedoch uninteressiert und überheblich anstatt sich für Ihre Kollegin zu entschuldigen - schließlich war es ja nicht sie, welche sich vertan hatte. Sachlich formuliertes kritisches Kundenfeedback wird hier als lästig empfunden und mit Überheblichkeit beantwortet. Nicht kundenfreundlich! Unfortunately we had to make bad experiences twice in a row. First, the redemption of the Sofortgewinngutschein on certain coffees (although according to the hotline included) denied us. On the next visit I tried to clarify this. However, the dark-haired lady responded uninterested and arrogant instead of apologizing for her colleague - after all, it was not she who had lost herself. Objectively formulated critical customer feedback is perceived as annoying and answered with arrogance. Not customer friendly!
