★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bin das 2te mal hier während meiner Berufschule untergebracht , Zimmer sind schön , einfach und sauber eingerichtet, viel Stauraum und ausreichend groß für eine Person. Jedoch gibt es für den Lärm einen großen Minuspunkt.
Es hallt extremst aus der Küche durch den gesamten Stock. Meistens ist keiner im Stande die Türe zu schließen. (evtl. ein "Türe schließen Schild"? ) würde helfen. Allgemein sind die Bewohner sehr laut, auch was die Ruhezeiten ab 22 Uhr betreffen, hält man sich nicht immer dran. Für eine Ruhe liebende Bewohnerin wie mir ist das sehr störend.
I stayed here for the 2nd time during my vocational school, rooms are nice, simple and clean, lots of storage space and big enough for one person. However, there is one major minus point for the noise.
It echoes extremely from the kitchen through the entire floor. Most of the time nobody is able to close the door. (maybe a "close door sign"?) would help. In general, the residents are very noisy, and people don't always stick to the rest periods from 10 p.m. This is very annoying for a resident like me who loves peace and quiet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kinda far if you’re planning on studying in Innsbruck but it’s still doable. Rooms and kitchens are adequate enough for the price (although I didn’t really understand the logic of fridges being in rooms instead of the kitchen). Plus the option to adjust the heating didn’t really work well in my room. There’s an M-Preis very close by so you can do your grocery shopping from there if you need to in a pinch.
