★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ruhelage. Der Garten ist gut nutzbar. Heimleitung und Putzkräfte sind bemüht. Die obere Küche ist gemütlich, die untere modern-aufgeräumt. Verhältnismäßig überschaubare Bewohneranzahl - "in der Anonymität" schmutzige Teller stehen oder die Küche voll unaufgeräumt zu verlassen wird nicht gern gesehen - eh klar. Keine oder kaum "wirklich krassen" Parties im Haus. Für wen das überlebenswichtig ist wird mit Innsbruck aber so oder so nicht warm.
Eine Flüchtlingsfamilie und die "Hausmeisterfamilie" wohnen unter dem selben Dach. Überdachte Fahrradabstellplätze. Der Innradweg ist in der Nähe - entspannte und recht schnelle Möglichkeit z.B. zur Haupt- oder Meduni zu gelangen. Hofgarten, Hutterpark und "Berg (Nordkette)" wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Spar für Lebensmitteleinkäufe in der Nähe.
Für das Gebotene (bezogen auf Innsbruck) faire Preise.
Zusammenfassend: Weniger hip - eher "unaufgeregt".
 Rest position. The garden is easy to use. The home management and cleaning staff make every effort. The upper kitchen is cozy, the lower one is modern and tidy. Relatively manageable number of residents - standing dirty plates "in anonymity" or leaving the kitchen completely untidy is not welcome - anyway, of course. No or hardly any "really bad" parties in the house. For whom this is essential for survival, Innsbruck will not be warm either way.
A refugee family and the "caretaker family" live under the same roof. Covered bicycle parking spaces. The Inn Cycle Path is nearby - a relaxed and very quick way to get to the main university or the Meduni, for example. Hofgarten, Hutterpark and "Berg (Nordkette)" are only a few minutes' walk away. Save for groceries nearby.
For what is offered (based on Innsbruck) fair prices.
In summary: Less hip - more "calm".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is 3 floors student dorm located in Saggen area, which is one of the best neighborhoods in Innsbruck. It has several types of rooms (Single & double) (with kitchen or not) with a range of prices.
It has a nice big backyard where you can have a BBQ. Also space to park cars (it must be reserved in advanced) & to park bikes.
Also, it offers 2 big kitchens for all the inhabitants. Also, there is a laundry room. Table tennis & foosball is there.
The staff is very friendly and the inhabitants are friendly and calm. There is a cleaning lady that cleans the corridors, kitchens & bathrooms daily.
The dorm is like 7 minutes walk from MCI or SoWi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Living in the Studentenwohnheim Saggen is really nice. The house is surrounded by beautiful trees and the neighbourhood is quiet and very green. It is very close to the centre and the university, a pharmacy and a supermarket. The student residence is a very bright house and the common areas are very well kept and always clean. In my opinion: one of the best student residence in Innsbruck!
