★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finger weg von diesem Herr. Nach schriftlicher Vereinbarung über mehrere Fahrten an einem ausgemachten Tag ( man soll am selben tag dann einfach nur anrufen) kann er plötzlich nicht mehr.
Schade, dass man keine 0 Sterne geben kann, denn verdient hat er nicht mal einen.
Stay away from this gentleman. After a written agreement about several trips on a certain day (you should just call on the same day), he suddenly can no longer.
It's a shame that you can't give 0 stars because he didn't even deserve one.

Unglaublich unzuverlässig, unfreundlich und inkompetent.
Drei Tage vor einer Hochzeit den bereits fixierten Transportservice zu stornieren ist an Unverschämtheit nicht zu übertreffen. Und selbst das habe ich nur durch eigene Nachfrage erfahren.

Incredibly unreliable, rude and incompetent.
To cancel the already fixed transport service three days before a wedding cannot be outrageous. And even I only found that out by asking myself.

Hätte man sich nicht selbstständig drei Tage vor dem vereinbarten Termin gemeldet (obwohl schriftlich festgehalten wurde, dass keine weitere Nachfrage nötig sei) wäre man ohne Rückmeldung des Unternehmens stehen gelassen worden.
Einige der Personen (ca. 60) befinden sich im höheren Alter und ein Fußmarsch ist aus gesundheitlichen Gründen nicht möglich.
Naja vielen Dank für nichts und ich hoffe niemand fällt auf Zusagen dieses Unternehmens herein.

If you had not registered yourself three days before the agreed date (although it was stated in writing that no further demand was necessary), you would have been left without feedback from the company.
Some of the people (approx. 60) are older and walking is not possible due to health reasons.
Well thank you for nothing and I hope nobody falls for commitments from this company.
