R	Roland Kerschbaum on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lange Wartezeiten, an der Kasse in den Abendstunden da diese nicht besetzt ist. Sehr unangenehme Gäste die sich in der Tankstelle abends aufhalten. Grund ist der Wettautomat im Hinterzimmer. Oftmals eine „Geruchsmix“ aus Toilette und Zigarettenrauch. Leider nicht mehr die qualitativ Hochwertige Tankstelle die sie einmal war. Long waiting times, at the box office in the evenings as this is not occupied. Very unpleasant guests in the gas station in the evening. The reason is the slot machine in the back room. Der Verkäufer am Tresen, ein an beiden Armen tätowierter Herr, kennt erstens nicht die aktuell gültigen Angebote (coffee to go zur Premium Wäsche) und war zweitens nicht fähig/willens mir die Bankomatkassa freizuschalten weswegen ich extra zum nächsten Geldautomaten marschieren musste. Bei diesem Vorgang war er überdies sehr unfreundlich, wie ich es bisher nur selten irgendwo erlebt habe. Inkompetenz und Unfreundlichkeit in der Art sollten nicht toleriert werden. Ich kann nur jedem empfehlen diese Tankstelle so gut es geht zu meiden. Erfreulicherweise befindet sich nur wenige Kilometer entfernt eine JET... Neben der Unwilligkeit zu grüßen, singt er den Kunden während des gesamten Verkausvorganges an. Man hat den Eindruck, dass er die Kunden provozieren möchte. Ausgeprägte Unhöflichkeit versteht sich ohnehin von selbst. Die auf der Tankstelle rauchenden Männergruppen, die eine Rezension schon erwähnt scheinen mir auch etwas unangebracht. Gaffen jeden der ein und ausgeht an. Muss als Frau schrecklich sein. Eine Frage an die Betreiber: macht ihr Eurem Personal manchmal klar, dass ihr Gehalt von den Kunden kommt? Andere Frage: was hat ein Raucherplätzchen mitten auf einer Tankstelle verloren? One of the employees is the reason why I am very reluctant to go to this gas station. A	Annabell S. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Tankstelle und die Bedienung ist immer sehr nett, aber ich finde es beängstigend und verstörend dass sich oft Männergruppen vor dem Eingang bilden, meist in der Früh und weibliche Menschen angaffen wie Freiwild. Was gibt Ihnen das Recht dazu? Dagegen sollte unbedingt etwas unternommen werden! Deshalb 3 Sterne. The gas station and the service are always very nice, but I find it frightening and disturbing that groups of men often form in front of the entrance, mostly in the morning and women gawk like fair game. What gives you the right to do so? Something should definitely be done about this! Therefore 3 stars.

Der Verkäufer (noch immer der selbe wie in der letzten Rezension weiter unten - tätowierter Herr) war dermaßen unfreundlich, dass ich mir trotz BP-Card Besitzer überlege, in Pressbaum zukünftig nicht mehr zu BP sondern zu einer anderen Tankstelle zu fahren :-( Also had a very unpleasant experience with the staff at this gas station. The seller (still the same as in the last review below - tattooed gentleman) was so unfriendly that, despite the BP card holder, I am considering going to another gas station in Pressbaum instead of going to BP in the future :-(
