Damn unfriendly who you call the 2nd time and asks wilang it will take ca you can snort at whether cars can fly and what's the matter?

M	M. R. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben 25 min auf unser Taxi gewartet . Des macht ja nix , die nette Fahrerin hat uns aufgemuntert. Aber 7 km, trotz ,, Abkürzung" 33 €? Telefonisch sagte man ca 20€ ;) Alles abzocke ;) We waited for our taxi for 25 minutes. It doesn't matter, the nice driver cheered us up. But 7 km, despite "short cut" € 33? By phone they said about 20 €;) rip off everything;)

Auf meinen Anruf antwortete er schlicht wir seien zu spät gewesen, obwohl ich um exakt 01:30 vor der Türe gestanden bin. Aber naja, es gibt genügend andere Taxiunternehmen die einen wesentlich besseren Kunderservice bieten. Fazit: Kein Taxi bei Neuhauser ordern Not reliable and incompetent. Ordered a taxi for 1:30 a.m. At 01:27 the aggressive taxi driver left. When I called, he simply answered that we were too late, even though I was at the door at exactly 01:30. But well, there are enough other taxi companies that offer a much better customer service. Conclusion: Don't order a taxi from Neuhauser

M	Margot Stummer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kann leider kein gutes Wort hier vermerken, der Fahrer hatte nicht einmal einen Taxameter, den Preis setzte er auch eher nach Gefühl an (und das noch dazu sehr hoch) und er wollte mit uns Umwege fahren, um noch mehr zu verlangen. Ich war Jahrelang Briefzustellerin in Steyr, deswegen kenne ich die Straßen und Abkürzungen in Steyr sehr gut, dieser Fahrer wollte uns jedoch nur abzocken!! Unfortunately, I can't write a good word here, the driver didn't even have a taximeter, he set the price based on his feeling (and it was also very high) and he wanted to take detours to ask for more. I was a mail deliverer in Steyr for years, so I know the streets and shortcuts in Steyr very well, but this driver just wanted to rip us off !!
