Aus Höflichkeit wurde nicht darauf geantwortet, die Person hörte aber dennoch nicht auf damit. Driver spoke very misleadingly about religion and politics. No polite answer was given, but the person did not stop.

An absolute impudence, specified waiting time 30-45 minutes, then call "yes 10-15 mi", another call "we were twice because there was no one on the spot", we were almost on the street, absolute impudence just superimposed ..

Nach weiteren 10min wurde dann nicht mehr abgehoben.. konnte meinen Termin dank diesem Vorfall dann absagen. Absolut nicht weiter zu empfehlen! Specified waiting time was 15min, when I called after another 15min call it said 'only 2 minutes I'm right there'. After another 10min was then no longer lifted .. could then cancel my appointment thanks to this incident. Absolutely not recommendable!
S	Süleyman Polat on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute frechheit angegebene wartezeit 15min. Am Schluss waren es 45min. Keine Entschuldigung statt dessen eine freche Antwort das alles ein erstes mal hat. Leider kann man keine NULL Sterne oder MINUS Sterne vergeben. Nie wieder!!!! Absolute insolence specified waiting time 15min. At the end it was 45min. No apology instead a cheeky answer that has it all for the first time. Unfortunately, you can not assign NULL stars or MINUS stars. Never again!!!!

Preise sind überteuert & Fahrer sind unhöflich wenn man sie auf die Verspätung anspricht. Würde ich Geschäftsleuten auf keinen fall weiter empfehlen! niewieder Taxi Muhr! Ich wünsch euch den Konkurs.... As a regular customer, I find it a joke 30 minutes (longer than specify) to wait for the taxi. Prices are overpriced & riders are rude if you talk to them about the delay. I would not recommend business people in any case! never again Taxi Muhr! I wish you the bankruptcy ....
P	Patrick Bühler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich würde Null Sterne geben, wenn ich könnte. Am Telefon sagte man, eine dreiviertel Stunde, würde es dauern. Nach 39 Minuten, gingen wir runter. Nach einundhalb Stunden, war immernoch keiner da und auf Anrufe, wurde nichtmehr reagiert. Gottseidank, war dann ein anderes Taxi, eines anderen Unternehmens frei, sodass meine Freundin, ich und unser Kind, nachhause fahren konnten. Nie wieder und ganz bestimmt NICHT zu empfehlen!!!!! I would give zero stars if I could. On the phone they said it would take three quarters of an hour. After 39 minutes, we went down. After an hour and a half, there was still no one there and there was no response to calls. Thank God, another taxi from another company was available so that my friend, me and our child could go home. Never again and definitely NOT to be recommended !!!!!
