G	Gabriel Johannes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Viel zu Teuer, Wurde im Winter bei Minus Graden stehen gelassen nur weil ein paar Euro gefehlt haben. Fazit: Geizig und Arrogant Much too expensive, was left in the winter at minus degrees just because a few euros were missing. Conclusion: stingy and arrogant

D	Denise Reichl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe bei einer Taxifahrt am Wochenende mein Handy im Taxi vergessen, auf mein Nachfragen ob und wann ich mir mein vergessenes Telefon wieder holen kann, wurde mir nur mitgeteilt, dass ich erst am Montag dort anfragen kann. Als ich vor Ort war, war der anwesende Mitarbeiter zu faul, zur Türe zu kommen und ich musste wieder abziehen. Erst nach mehrmaligen Anrufen und Terminvereinbarungen, wurde mir dann einfach ein Telefon (keiner prüfte ob es meines war) auf den Tische gelegt, und fertig! ich finde die Vorgehensweise äußerst unverantwortlich und nicht kundenfreundlich.Nicht nur weil ich mehrere Tage warten musste!!!!! I forgot my phone in a taxi during a taxi ride on the weekend, when I asked if and when I can get my forgotten phone again, I was only informed that I can only ask there on Monday. When I was there, the present staff was too lazy to come to the door and I had to leave again. Only after several calls and appointments, was I just a phone (no one checked if it was mine) on the tables, and ready! I find the procedure extremely irresponsible and not customer friendly. Not only because I had to wait several days !!!!!

Negativ: Man merkte das kein Interesse bestand wegen zwei Personen von Samstag auf Sonntag um 3 Uhr morgens nach Aschbach zu fahren. Anstatt dies gleich zuzugeben, wurde mir gesagt ich solle in 30 min nochmals anrufen, vielleicht hätte er dann jemanden in der Nähe... Habe daraufhin bei Taxi A.....n angerufen und ca. 30min später war der freudnliche Fahrer vor der Haustür.... Positive: someone took off. Negative: You noticed that there was no interest in going to Aschbach from Saturday to Sunday at 3 a.m. because of two people. Instead of admitting this straight away, I was told to call again in 30 minutes, maybe he would have someone nearby ... I then called Taxi A ..... n and about 30 minutes later the friendly driver was at the front door ....

Er hat eine Frau (mit einem Baby in der Schale) angeschrien!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ist dieser "Mann" normal oder geistlich erkrankt?!?!??!? Ist das normal!?!?!??! Unprofessionell und inakzeptable!!!! The older driver yelled at my wife a lot because she couldn't move or close the sliding door very well. He yelled at a woman (with a baby in the shell) !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! is this "man" normal or mentally ill?!?! ??!? Is that normal!?!?!??! Unprofessional and unacceptable !!!!
