HABEN die MANAGER von BUCHBINDER zu knappen LOHN ?????? das die Preise so verdammt raufgegangen sind. Vor 2 Tagen war noch die MÖglichkeit bis 1200 km auszwählen , moderater Preis , nun hast nur mehr max 500 km und dann greifens dir tief in Tasche .. schade BUCHBINDER nie mehr .. oft genutzt aber mit solch ABZOCKE was seit 24.10 .2018 ist - nie mehr ! INCREDIBLE EXPENSES, lady on the TEL. informed me, as of today new HP new prices. DO the MANAGERS from BUCHBINDER HAVE TOO SCARCE WAGE ?????? That the prices went up so damn. 2 days ago there was still the possibility to choose up to 1200 km, moderate price, now you only have a maximum of 500 km and then you reach deep into your pocket .. shame BUCHBINDER never again .. often used but with such a rip-off which has been since October 24th, 2018 - no more !
P	P. Schy. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Also ich für gestern einen Ford Transit 3,5 t Plane ohne LBW gemietet. Auftragsbestätigung wurde via Mail versandt. Soweit so gut. In der Früh war ich in der Kubastastraße 22, als ich angeläutet habe, meldete sich ein Mann und dieser öffnete mir daraufhin die Türe. Ich wollte ihm die Hand als Begrüßung reichen, aber das wollte er nicht. Im "Büro" versuchte ich erneut ihm die Hand zu reichen, keine Chance. Das Büro war veraltet, vermüllt, ungemütlich und es roch nach Zigaretten. Der Mann war nicht sehr angetan und füllte altmodische Durchschlagszettel vor mir aus. Erst zu diesem Zeitpunkt erfuhr ich, dass entweder mit Vorauskassa oder mit Kreditkarte gezahlt werden kann. Er nahm meine Kreditkarte und schrieb meine Nummer auf. Er wies mich darauf hin, dass kein Versicherungspaket (Selbstbehalt 500€!! zB bei Steinschlag) nicht inkludiert ist Kosten ca. 30€, andernfalls müsste er meine Kreditkarte temporär mit 3.000€ belasten. Nach dem formellen gab er mir die Schlüssel und sagte mir wo das Fahrzeug stand. Vom Fahrzeug hat alles gepasst, aber selten so einen schlechten Kundenservice erlebt, ich kam mir vor als wäre ich ein Verbrecher oder so, sprich ich fühlte mich als Kunden nicht wirklich wertgeschätzt. Des Weiteren hat das Büro aus meiner Sicht die Atmosphere eines "Zuhälterbüro". Fazit: Autos sind ok, Preise sind auch halbwegs ok, aber wenn ihr einen freundlichen Kundenservice einen anderen Autoverleih suchen. So yesterday I rented a Ford Transit 3.5 t tarpaulin without LBW. Order confirmation was sent via email. So far so good. In the morning I was at 22 Kubastastrasse, when I rang the bell, a man answered and he opened the door for me. I wanted to shake hands with him as a greeting, but he didn't want that. In the "office" I tried to shake his hand again, no chance. The office was outdated, littered, uncomfortable and smelled of cigarettes. The man was not very impressed and filled out old-fashioned carbon sheets in front of me. It was only then that I found out that payment can be made either in advance or by credit card. He took my credit card and wrote down my number. He pointed out to me that no insurance package (deductible € 500 !!, for example, in the event of stone chipping) is not included. Costs approx. € 30, otherwise he would have to temporarily charge my credit card with € 3,000. After the formal one, he gave me the keys and told me where the vehicle was. Everything was fine with the vehicle, but rarely had such poor customer service, I felt like I was a criminal or something, meaning I didn't really feel valued as a customer. Furthermore, from my point of view, the office has the atmosphere of a "pimp office". Conclusion: Cars are ok, prices are reasonably ok, but if you are looking for a friendly customer service to find a different car rental company.
A	Arno Reiter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extrem Teuer richtig häftig :( Hab für 6km 160€ bezahlt... Schnelle abwicklung ja aber rechtfertigt nicht den Preis. Extremely expensive really busy :( Paid 160 € for 6km ... Fast processing, yes, but does not justify the price.
