★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vollkommen i.... Fahrer - es ist regelmäßig zu beobachten, dass vor allem das Taxi mit den Kennzeichen "Anna4" mit ca. 70 bis 80 km/h durch eine 30km/h Zone vor einer Volkkschule in Baden "fährt". Man muss zweifeln, ob die Lizenz hier wirklich gut vergeben ist.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fahrer sind immer sehr bemüht, und freundlich. Einige der wenigen Taxiunternehmen in Baden, wo die Fahrer nicht doppelt so schnell unterwegs sind wie erlaubt, und die gewählten Routen immer korrekt sind ( also nicht quer durch die Gegend fahren um ein paar Euro rauzuquetschen )
Drivers are always very helpful and friendly. Some of the few taxi companies in Baden, where the drivers are not twice as fast as allowed and the chosen routes are always correct (so do not drive across the area to squeeze a few euros)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben heute gegen 03.00 uhr ein taxi geordert, wobei uns die abholzeit von 03.15 uhr bestätigt wurde.
selbst um 04.00 uhr traf das beorderte taxi trotz mehrmaliger anrufe nicht ein und als dies beim eintreffen um 04.20 uhr auf die missstände angesprochen wurde sagte die taxi fahrerin " ja wahrscheinlich habts das taxi vor 5 stunden gerufen?! jetzt steigts sofort allesamt aus!"
nie wieder, absolut keine empfehlung!
We ordered a taxi today at around 3 a.m., and the pick-up time of 3:15 a.m. was confirmed.
Even at 4 a.m. the taxi that had been ordered did not arrive despite repeated calls and when this was raised about the grievances when it arrived at 4:20 a.m., the taxi driver said: "Yes, I probably called the taxi 5 hours ago ?! Now everyone gets off immediately!"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Total widerlicher Umgang mit der Kundschaft. Unhöflich, unprofessionell, nicht mal Freundlichkeit wird einem geboten. Mein Freund, der einen gebrochenen Fuß hat, kontaktierte nach einer halben Stunde Wartezeit das Unternehmen, woraufhin er ausgelacht wurde und keine Antwort bekam. Für so eine Person im Unternehmen, würde ich mich schämen.
Totally disgusting dealings with customers. Rude, unprofessional, not even friendliness is offered. My friend, who has a broken foot, contacted the company after waiting half an hour, whereupon he was laughed at and got no answer. For someone like that in the company, I would be ashamed.
