A	André on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich wurde nicht raus gelassen obwohl ich gesagt habe das ich meinen anschluss Zug erreichen muss und wir sogar in der Nähe des Bahnhofs waren! Ich musste noch mitfahren um eine Person abzusetzen und eine weitere abzuholen. Dadurch war ich 5minuten zu spät am Bahnhof und musste eine halbe Stunde auf den nächsten Zug warten.. Ich find das eine bodenlose frechheit das ich nicht rausgelassen worden bin obwohl ich die Situation geschildert hab und darum gebeten hab.. als ob nur ein fahrer unterwegs war! Das Taxi unternehmen empfehle ich nicht weiter.. I wasn't let out even though I said that I had to catch my connection train and we were even near the train station! I still had to ride to drop one person off and pick up another. As a result, I was 5 minutes late at the station and had to wait half an hour for the next train. I find that a bottomless cheek that I was not let out even though I described the situation and asked for it .. as if only one driver was on the way! I do not recommend the taxi company ..
M	Merlin Trampert on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Regelmäßig zu spät. Teilweise kommt gar kein Taxi zum vereinbarten Zeitpunkt! Die ausrede ist dann oft, dass sie eine Fahrt zum Flughafen reinbekommen haben. Leider gibt es bei uns keine Alternative... Regularly too late. Sometimes there is no taxi at the agreed time! The excuse is often that they got a trip to the airport. Unfortunately we have no alternative ...
t	tschuliih likeyou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich finde es eine Frechheit wenn ich anrufe werde ich weggedrückt und wenn ich nicht weggedrückt werde sagen sie 15 Minuten und sind nach einer Stunde noch immer nicht da und wenn sie mich dann mal abholen muss ich stundenlang mitfahren um andere Personen abzuholen und werde nicht direkt heim oder an dem Ort wo ich hinwill gebracht. Es sollte sich was ändern das kann es ja nicht sein das dieses Unternehmen so unzuverlässig ist ! Für was hab ich eine Karte wenn die dann sowieso nicht arbeiten wollen und nur unfreundlich sind ? Es sollte sich was ändern ! I think it's a cheek when I call I am pushed away and if I am not pushed away they say 15 minutes and after an hour they are still not there and if they pick me up then I have to drive for hours to pick up other people and won't go home straight away or brought to the place where I want to go. Something should change - it can't be that this company is so unreliable! What do I have a card for if they don't want to work anyway and are just unfriendly? Something should change!
E	Elias Kajti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Unternehmen würde ich schließen lassen. So eine Unfreundlichkeit hab ich noch nie in meinem Leben von jemandem erlebt, der Kundenkontakt hat. Das Auto stinkt nach Rauch (was ich überhaupt nicht ausstehen kann), die Fahrerin war gereizt und extrem unfreundlich. Bin nach 500 m Fahrt ausgestiegen. Die Fahrerin war genervt, weil ich eine Fahrt nach Baden wollte, was ich auch noch während dem Telefonat gesagt habe. Erst als sie angekommen ist, hat die "Dame" mir dann gefühlte 50 mal gesagt, dass das ein City Taxi ist und die eigentlich gar nicht nach Baden fahren (mit sehr nettem Ton natürlich (; ) Hätte man mir das gleich am Telefon gesagt, hätte ich gleich ein anderes Unternehmen angerufen und der ganze Aufwand wäre überhaupt nicht entstanden. Aber nein, man muss mir ja eine Schande von Mensch vorbei schicken. Das war meine erste schlechte Erfahrung mit dem Unternehmen, aber ich hab in den letzten Tagen jetzt auch von anderen Menschen schlechte Erfahrungen mit diesem Unternehmen gehört. Ich wünschte so eine Frechheit könnte man anzeigen. Ich arbeite selbst mit Kunden zusammen und ich weiß, dass es sehr anstrengende Kunden geben kann. Aber das war einfach auf menschlicher Basis unterstes Niveau. Keine Empfehlung meinerseits!!! I would close the company. Never in my life have I experienced such unfriendliness from someone who has customer contact. The car stinks of smoke (which I can't stand at all), the driver was irritable and extremely unfriendly. Got off after a 500 m drive. The driver was annoyed because I wanted a trip to Baden, which I also said during the phone call. Only when she arrived did the "lady" tell me it felt like 50 times that this was a city taxi and that they don't actually go to Baden (with a very nice tone of course (;) If I had been told that on the phone, I would have called another company right away and all the effort would not have arisen. But no, you have to send me a shame from a person. That was my first bad experience with the company, but I've had from in the last few days other people have had bad experiences with this company. I wish such cheek could be reported. I work with customers myself and I know that there can be very stressful customers. But that was simply the lowest level on a human basis. No recommendation from me! !!

Keiner holte sie ab, unter dem Einwand wir sind in Bad Vöslau. Wollten wohl kein Super- Geschäft machen I called for my friends who were stuck in Leobersdorf on New Year's Eve and wanted to go to Vienna. Nobody picked her up, with the objection that we are in Bad Vöslau. Probably didn't want to do a super deal

I tried calling the call center again, first time the lady told me to wait for another 5 mins, afterwards nobody picks up when I call back!
