Das Highlight war die Unterstützung nach der Thomas Cook-Pleite. Ohne Danis Hilfe hätte ich meine Ausgaben für die leider ins Wasser gefallene Ägypten-Reise nie refundiert bekommen. The highlight was the support after the Thomas Cook bankruptcy. Without Dani's help, I would never have received a refund for my expenses for the trip to Egypt, which unfortunately fell through. Obwohl wir die Damen noch nie im Reisebüro besucht haben und eigentlich garnicht wissen wo das Reisebüro ist, (wir wohnen in Oberösterreich) können wir nur positives berichten. Freundliche Kompetenz, so wie es sich für ein Reisebüro gehört. Wenn unser Hund endlich wieder fit ist, werden wir die nächste Reise natürlich wieder via Tropical Seas buchen! Our first choice for diving and long-distance travel. Although we have never visited the ladies in the travel agency and actually don't know where the travel agency is (we live in Upper Austria), we can only report positive things. Friendly competence, as it should be for a travel agency. When our dog is finally fit again, we will of course book the next trip again via Tropical Seas!
