J	Jose phine on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waren Anfang August mit 8 Personen auf Empfehlung im Dorfstadl beim Essen. Wurden sehr freundlich von einem Herrn begrüßt, auch der Koch hat sich mal kurz blicken lassen und hat sich nach der Zufriedenheit erkundigt. Das Essen war absolut spitze, hervorragende Qualität. Allerdings muss ich tatsächlich zwei Sterne abziehen, dies ist auf die Servicekraft zurückzuführen, eine sehr schlanke ältere Dame, sie war uns gegenüber sehr gestresst obwohl nicht viel los war, hatten auch extra auf 19:30 Uhr erst reserviert. Zum Ende unseres Aufenthaltes wurde die Dame dann etwas entspannter und freundlicher, vielleicht um doch noch Trinkgeld zu bekommen, aber zu anfangs die Art war schon sehr ruppig und das bleibt einfach in Erinnerung. Mal sehen, ob wir nächstes Jahr wieder den Dorfstadl aufsuchen, das Gefühl nicht willkommen zu sein haftet als Gast einfach negativ! At the beginning of August, 8 people were recommended to eat in the Dorfstadl. Were greeted in a very friendly manner by a gentleman, the cook also stopped by and asked about the satisfaction. The food was absolutely great, excellent quality. However, I actually have to subtract two stars, this is due to the service staff, a very slim elderly lady, she was very stressed towards us even though it wasn't busy, had also made an extra reservation at 7:30 p.m. At the end of our stay, the lady became a little more relaxed and friendly, maybe to get a tip, but at first the nature was very rough and that is easy to remember. Let's see if we visit the Dorfstadl again next year, the feeling of not being welcome as a guest is simply negative!

Das macht nicht jeder Chef. Daumen hoch Very tasty food. The boss is very attentive. Comes to the table and asks if everything is ok and if it tastes good. Not every boss does that. thumbs up

Reservierung empfohlen. We have known and appreciated the Dorfstadl Restaurant for over 30 years. A well-run family business, very tasty food and great service. Reservations recommended.

Das Ambiente im Restaurant ist ganz gemütlich. Die Bedienung mögen wir sehr gern. Best food in Koessen. Those who like to eat a steak will get their money's worth here. Local ingredients and always fresh. The salads are awesome too. The atmosphere in the restaurant is very cozy. We like the service very much.

If done up, it'd likely be a run of the mill place and lose its authenticity. There is a kids menu, which is inexpensive, and the staff are very friendly. For the summer months, there is a large outside terrace.
