Danke Serkan, Indra und Patrick für eure Hingabe zu diesem Thema. Ich stell mir vor, dass ihr da sehr viel Herz reinsteckt, weshalb es so gut tut den Kurs mit euch zu machen. Ein Riesen Vorteil für mich ist das Onlineangebot: Das hat es auch mir ermöglicht teilzunehmen, auch wenn ich nicht in Linz wohne. I have been taking part in the yoga class for a few months now and would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to do something for their health and want to know what is behind yoga and why it helps. Thank you Serkan, Indra and Patrick for your dedication to the subject. I imagine that you put a lot of heart into it, which is why it is so good to do the course with you. A huge advantage for me is the online offer: It also enabled me to participate, even if I don't live in Linz.

Für alle, die nicht nur Yoga machen wollen, sondern auch nach neuem Wissen streben, um sich in den Bereichen Gesundheit, Energie, Willensstärke, etc. weiterzuentwickeln. The knowledge of the background of yoga and the energy flow through the individual body postures I have never experienced in such detail in any other yoga practice. For everyone who not only wants to do yoga, but also strives for new knowledge in order to develop in the areas of health, energy, willpower, etc.
