Kubin, mit Frau Hoppl haben Sie eine Mitarbeiterin, die nicht nur geduldig, höflich und ausgesprochen kompetent ist, sondern auch noch überaus bemüht ist, sofort jegliches Problem zu lösen. Danke für rasche Bearbeitung, umfangreiche Informationen, schnelle Lieferung! Leider funktioniert´s in Salzburg besser als in Kärnten, weil wir hier keine Frau Hoppl haben :-) Actually earned six stars. Dear Mr. Mag. Hubert M. Kubin, you have a colleague with Mrs. Hoppl who is not only patient, polite and extremely competent, but also makes every effort to solve any problem immediately. Thank you for fast processing, extensive information, fast delivery! Unfortunately, it works better in Salzburg than in Carinthia, because we have no wife Hoppl here :-)
G	Gerald Sturm on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bekomme eine Rechnung von Tappe geschickt, obwohl ich mit diesem Unternehmen nachweislich keinen Vertrag eingegangen bin. Ich habe "gratis" Krücken im Krankenhaus erhalten und dafür einen Übernahmeschein unterzeichnet. Firma Tappe tritt nirgends namentlich auf (nicht einmal auf den Krücken selbst) tritt aber plötzlich als Zahlungsempfänger auf und arbeitet mit sensiblen Patientendaten obwohl hierfür keine Einwilligung vorliegt. Klarer Verstoß gegen die DSGVO. Wenn dann muss das Krankenhaus die Rechnung für diesen Heilbehelf an den Patienten stellen, aber nicht Tappe. Tappe müsste direkt mit dem KH verrechnen. I receive an invoice from Tappe, although there is evidence that I have not entered into a contract with this company. I received crutches "free" at the hospital and signed a transfer slip for them. The Tappe company does not appear by name anywhere (not even on the crutches itself) but suddenly appears as the recipient of the payment and works with sensitive patient data, although there is no consent for this. Clear violation of the GDPR. If so, the hospital has to bill the patient for this remedy, but not Tappe. Tappe would have to settle directly with the hospital.
K	K P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ACHTUNG: Dreifache Verrechnung! (Rechnung bezahlt aber 2 Mahnversuche innerhalb von15 Monaten) Habe voriges Jahr Krücken benötigt und auch welche bekommen. 1. Dann die gestellte Rechnung am 24.09.2020 per Onlinebanking bezahlt. 2. Erste unberechtigte Mahnung am 16.06.2021 erhalten 3. Tappe per mail informiert, dass ich bereits bezahlt habe 4. Zweite unberechtigte Mahnung am 15.11.2021 erhalten. Sogar mit Androhung eines Inkassobüros. Es tut mir wirklich leid dass ich folgende Aussagen tätigen muss: Entweder haben Sie eine völlige Unordnung in Ihrer Buchhaltung oder es ist Ihr Geschäftsmodell. Beide Varianten heben nicht das Vertrauen. Vielleicht hilft die Rezession - vielleicht gibt es auch andere "Opfer". Mfg KP ATTENTION: Triple billing! (Invoice pays 2 dunning attempts within 15 months) I needed crutches last year and got some too. 1. Then pay the invoice on 09/24/2020 via online banking. 2. Received the first unauthorized reminder on June 16, 2021 3. Tappe informed by email that I have already paid 4. Received second unauthorized reminder on November 15, 2021. Even with threats from a debt collection agency. I am really sorry to have to make the following statements: Either you have a complete mess in your accounting or it is your business model. Both variants do not increase confidence. Maybe the recession will help - maybe there are other "victims" too. Mfg KP
