Zu Beginn wurde ich mehrmals abgewiesen, da wohl niemand eine Kompression ausmessen könne, ich aber nach einer OP kam. Als wir dann alles vermessen haben, hat es Wochen gedauert bis ich eine Rückmeldung bekommen habe - mit mehrmaligem Rückrufen. Zwischenzeitig bin ich an Corona erkrankt und auch die Damen, die mich vermessen haben musste in Quarantäne. Beim Abholen kam der Hammer, mir wurde vorgeworfen, ich hätte es mit Absicht gemacht (also wissentlich zur Abmessung gekommen) und vorsätzlich die Mitarbeiter anstecken wollen! Sowas unverschämtes und erniedrigendes habe ich noch nie erlebt!

At the beginning I was turned away several times because nobody could measure compression, but I came after an operation. When we then measured everything, it took weeks to get a response - with repeated calls. In the meantime, I fell ill with Corona and the women who had to measure me are also in quarantine. When I picked it up, the hammer came, I was accused of having done it on purpose (that is, knowing how to measure) and deliberately trying to infect the employees! I've never seen anything like that outrageous and humiliating!
