H	H. Lips on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Während unseres Österreich Urlaubs sind wir über den Holzweg zum Talbachwasserfall gewandert. Die Wanderwege sind gut ausgeschildert. Wer sich vorher über die Wandermöglichkeiten informieren möchte kann das über die Touristenimfomation in Zell machen. Wir sind dem Wanderweg gefolgt und sind dann nach einiger Zeit im Talbachstüberl gelandet. An diesem Tag war es mit Gästen recht voll, so dass wir uns entschieden das Talbachstüberl später erneut aufzusuchen. Gesagt getan. Wir haben an dem Tag eine hausgemachte Gulaschsuppe, Kuchen und Getränke zu uns genommen. An einem weiteren Tag haben wir uns für die Aufschnitt- und Käseplatte entschieden. Die Qualität der Speisen und Getränke waren einwandfrei. Wenn man die Menge der Beilage für zwei Personen Brot (5 Scheiben) und Butter (2 Stück) betrachtet, würde ich meinen das dies etwas zu kurz gekommen ist. Das Personal war freundlich und half gerne beim aussuchen und beschreiben der Speisen und Getränke. Das Talbachstüberl ist aber auch mit dem Auto zu erreichen und ist garnicht soweit von Zell entfernt. Auf jedenfall empfehlenswert. During our vacation in Austria we hiked the wood path to the Talbach waterfall. The hiking trails are well signposted. Anyone who would like to find out more about the hiking opportunities in advance can do so via the tourist information in Zell. We followed the hiking trail and after a while ended up in the Talbachstüberl. On that day it was quite full with guests, so we decided to visit the Talbachstüberl again later. Said and done. We had a homemade goulash soup, cake and drinks that day. On another day we opted for the cold cuts and cheese platter. The quality of the food and drinks were perfect. If you look at the amount of side dish for two people bread (5 slices) and butter (2 pieces), I would think that this was a little neglected. The staff was friendly and happy to help choose and describe the food and drinks. The Talbachstüberl can also be reached by car and is not that far from Zell. Definitely recommended.

Die Sitzmöglichkeiten in der Sonne, im Schatten und drinnen sind gemütlich und der Blick auf das Tal umwerfend. Das Essen lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig. Das Jausenbrettl bietet das Beste von Käse und Schinken mit leckerem Brot und der Kaiserschmarrn ist wohl mit der Beste, den ich während unserer Reise hier gegessen habe. Alles ganz frisch und jede Wanderung wert! A pretty inn, always signposted from both the valley and the mountain, and rightly so! The seating in the sun, in the shade and inside is cozy and the view of the valley is stunning. The food leaves nothing to be desired. The Jausenbrettl offers the best of cheese and ham with delicious bread and the Kaiserschmarrn is probably the best I ate here during our trip. Everything is fresh and worth every hike!

Es gibt noch weitere hausgemachte Kuchen und allerlei sonstige Leckereien. Auch der Service war sehr nett. Und die Aussicht, trotz Regenwetter, echt schön. Top Einkehrmöglichkeit nach einer Wanderung! The best apple pie we have ever eaten. Very juicy, almost like an apple strudel as a sheet cake. There are other homemade cakes and all kinds of other goodies. The service was also very nice. And the view, despite the rainy weather, is really nice. Great place to stop after a hike!
