★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wäre schön, wenn die Öffnungszeiten richtig wären! Wollten heute um 18.30 noch schnell wegen T-shirt schauen! Die Verkäuferin, wies uns aber darauf hin, dass sie jetzt schließen. Sagte ihr im Internet steht aber bis 19.00, daraufhin sagte sie es müsse sich um eine andere Filiale handeln! Wir waren aber bei derselben Adresse!
Would be nice if the opening times were correct! Wanted to have a quick look at T-shirt at 6.30pm today! The saleswoman pointed out to us that they are now closing. Told her on the internet until 7:00 p.m., after which she said it had to be another branch! But we were at the same address!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Am Samstag, 31.08. war ich bei Takko einkaufen und habe am späten Nachmittag mein Handy in der Umkleide vergessen. Um 18.00h sperrt das Geschäft samstags zu und gegen 18.15h hab ich gemerkt, dass mein Handy weg ist. Ziemlich nervös und aufgekratzt bin ich wieder zum Geschäft gefahren in der Hoffnung, dass noch jemand dort ist, um vielleicht die Abrechnung zu machen. Ernüchternd musste ich feststellen, dass natürlich alle schon ins wohlverdienste Wochenende gestartet waren. In meiner Naivität rief ich mit einem geliehenen Handy die Notfallnummer, welche auf der Eingangstür vermerkt war an. Ans Telefon ging die Regionalleiterin (meine ich), der ich die Situation schilderte, welche sofort die Filialleiterin kontaktierte. Ich konnte kaum glauben, was dann passierte. Die Damen telefonierten und telefonierten und nachdem sie sich bei der Mitarbeiterin, die Dienst hatte versichern ließen, dass mein Handy bei der Abendkontrolle gefunden wurde, fuhr die Filialleitung tatsächlich abends noch extra in die Cyta, um mir aufzusperren und mir mein Handy wiederzugeben. Nicht nur all meine Karten, die ich im Cover hatte sondern auch das Handy bekam ich so am gleichen Tag zurück. ICh kann gar nicht fassen, dass es so liebe Leute gibt, die sich so sehr bemüht haben, dass ich tollpatschige Nudl mein Handy am selben Tag wiederbekam. HUT AB! DANKE! DANKE DANK!
On Saturday, 31.08. I was shopping at Takko and forgot my phone in the locker room in the late afternoon. At 18.00h the shop closes on Saturdays and at 18.15h I realized that my mobile is gone. I was pretty nervous and excited and drove back to the store in the hope that someone else would be there to maybe settle the bill. Sobering I had to realize that of course everyone had already started the well-earned weekend. In my naivety I called with a borrowed cell phone the emergency number, which was noted on the front door. The phone was headed by the regional manager (I mean), who described the situation, which immediately contacted the store manager. I could hardly believe what happened then. The ladies telephoned and phoned and after they had the employee, the service had ensured that my cell phone was found at the evening check, drove the branch even in the evening even extra in the Cyta to unlock me and my phone to play. Not only all my cards that I had in the cover but also the mobile I got back the same day. I can not believe that there are such nice people who have made such a great effort that I got clumsy nudl my cell phone the same day. HATS OFF! THANK YOU! THANKS THANKS!
